Just went to this Belleville location, been here before many times and usually have good experiences. But as of late it seems like the quality is going down, I personally like lots of sauce and requested if I could have extra, wouldn't even mind paying extra money, but got told they only come with a standard amount. The amount I received this time was the least amount I have ever received, barely any sauce on some of the puffs, practically eating plain deep fried puffs. Starting to lose interest in this location

Delicious! The mini mount Olympus was the perfect amount. It's a creamy-soft ice cream with 5 puffs (think fluffy timbits, but better!) of your choice with it. I really love the options they give, mine was so delicious I didn't even snap a picture of it. Would definitely go again, and for the price, it's reasonable ♡

Puffs are great but I’m highly disappointed with the way they treated my skip order today . I ordered the 30 puffs, paid for the extra cup of skor bits and a latte but when I received my skip order there was no skor bits and no latte and the puffs where over deep fried to the point where they were to hard to even bite into. I think management or the franchise owners need to speak to their staff about how they treat their skip orders at this location.

Mr. Puffs is the best desert bar in Belleville ❤️You have to try their hot chocolate.I also tried their Mount Olympus, the hot and cold combo was absolutely refreshing.

I bought a 12 pack of puffs and got the sugar cinnamon and choco-loco flavors. The service was fast despite being swamped with orders.The choco-loco was a bit too potent for me but if you love Nutella you'll love it.The sugar cinnamon puffs were amazingly delicious! Mr.Puffs is definitely my new favorite place!I highly recommend this place if you're to satisfy your sweet tooth.

These were delicious! Perfectly crispy on the outside, light and doughy on the inside, and tasty chocolate and cinnamon drizzled. This location is very clean, spacious, and the staff were very efficient.
