I've had the pleasure of dealing with Jim as a customer of my business. As busy as he is, he still finds the time to educate me and offer me advice regarding real estate. I regret the fact that I did not know Jim prior to my first real estate purchase, but will definitely be using D.S McCullough Realty LTD. when I purchase my next property. It is rare to see an individual put such time and effort into educating someone without a chance of commission.

We flew to Thunder Bay from southern Ontario for a weekend to look at a potential rental property to purchase for our daughter at Lakehead University. We met Jim on Saturday morning and were immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine personality. By lunch, we had found the place we wanted and Jim set to work to get it for us. It was not a simple, or easy, sale. However, Jim worked tirelessly around the clock for the next two weeks (even closing the deal while on a family vacation).
