I recently used Christine to draw up mirror wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Representation agreements. I was very impressed with her attitude and her compassion as we talked about, what can be, a very emotive subject. She was very thorough. In the end we had three appointments with her all of which she undertook very professionally. I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt as if I mattered to her. I will be recommending Christine to my friends.

My staff recently worked with Christine to get an urgent and important document signed. She was quick to reply, get the work done and follow up with our office. Her fees were very fair. Christine is our go to notary in the Penticton area.

My own experience with Christine Duncan was not so positive. She did a will for me last year, and part of that service is a review of the final document with her. At my second appointment, while I was checking the will for errors, an unexpected client arrived and my appointment was cut short. The review was not done. And she tells me now that if I want to go over the will, she'd be charging me for the time. I don't think that's fair as I already paid for that service.

Christine was extremely helpful in creating our Wills for our young growing family. Also taking into consideration extenuating circumstances with us having Embryo's in Freezing and how to ensure our wishes for them be carried out. Also covering the needs of my husband's company, should anything happen. She made the 'legaleze' easy to understand and drew up our papers in a timely and concise manner. Very professional and approachable! Would highly recommend Christine's services.

I highly recommend Christine! She is one of the most thorough professionals I have had the pleasure to work with. She prepared my family's Wills, Power of Attorneys and Enhanced Representation Agreements, and at the time, it seemed like a waste of my time to go over things again and again. Christine is very knowledgable and experienced. When we sold our house without a Realtor, she reviewed the buyer's contract and helped us through the process of completing the sale.
