Horizon Family Practice
The ppl on the counter made fun of one of family members english when my family member left the room. Very bad. Very disappointing. Ppl who r working on the counters shouldnt b there. I wont recommend going there as the ppl on the counter r very stubborn. The dr. Was great though. But the ppl on the counter deserve to pack their bags and leave.

Great clinic! Doctor Flook is highly knowledgeable as well as able to perform a lot of minor procedures in his office that most doctors would send you to a specialist or hospital to have done. So very convenient and you feel very comfortable that it will be done properly.

Dr. Shakil has been my family doctor for more years than I can remember. She is very thorough, caring, and compassionate. I truely hope she never leaves Edmonton.Also her assistant Jessica is amazing at her job. Her calm demeanor always puts me at ease during checkups. thanks so much ladies.

My experiences with the staff have been phenomenal. The clinic is clean and organized with those at the front desk being very helpful and kind. Dr. Shakil is extraordinary and she really takes great care, energy, and time to find out how I've been doing in various areas of my life that's not limited to just health-related aspects. Her approach really does embody something that's much more comprehensive and thoughtful than most of the other health care professionals I've ever encountered!
