Wellington X-Ray

I went here because my wife needed a chest x-ray for pneumonia. The two women behind the counter were awful: Very rude, disrespectful and treated us like we were dumb. We understand we may not be the most experienced at how getting an x-ray works but who is... First, we gave them the reference sheet from a walk-in clinic. Next they needed all the doctors information including name, address and phone number.. like we were to know this. I had no idea and this is where the attitude started.. we eventually made phone calls and figured it out but the tone and attitude we received throughout was garbage. After half an hour of this venom, we were finally done the x-ray and we felt we had recieved enough rudeness. We were in the lobby unsure of what to do next when I nervously walked up (fearing attack) and asked if we should wait for it to be read orrrrrrr what. The 2 women immediately scoffed, giving the answer but without delicacy and went back to TALKING ABOUT A PARTY THAT WEEKEND no joke!!! get your priorities straight! neither of you should work in rhis field and..NOBODY SHOULD GO TO THIS CLINIC go anywhere else, please. Tons of other x-ray clinics in the area.

Why does your voicemail say you are open certain days just to drive out of my way to get there to see a “closed until further notice” sign on the door?

I've been calling for 2 hours now on a Tuesday afternoon and no one is answering the phone, it just rings and rings, then the voicemail says dont leave a message as calls wont be returned.... "?!"

Complete and utter rudeness my wife was the only person in the office she was 2 minutes late and made her sit there for 20 minutes before acknowledging her then proceeded to tell her she was too late for her appointment and they're not going to do it.

Absolutely Amazing staff, hands down the Xray Tech Marianne is beyond great.. definitely don't know how they have such low review receptionist is also great.. Thanks guys...

I can only leave a rating based on my experience. I have to say the staff here were wonderful, especially the Tech who did my x-rays. She was extremely polite, very informative as to what she was doing , how you were to move, giving clear and precise instructions with a gentle caring voice. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks so yes I was worried about having this done even though it's a simple procedure, it still can be nerv racking when you never go through this that often..Thanks!!! Again to the staff!!!Rob

I have called and called them for a week now to reschedule an appointmentThey do not answer their phones it just rings and ringsThen suddenly the line clicks and I am cut off to a dial toneHow they h*ll are you supposed to tell them you cant make and appointment if they dont pick up the phones or have an answering machine to leave a message or atleast an e mail contact to send them a message

I’ve had x-rays done in this office and it went smoothly on other occasions.However my last experience was terrible. I had a long wait for an appointment for an ultrasound. I tried to change the date and was put on hold for 10 minutes when I gave up. Subsequent calls just rang on indefinitely with no answering machine.I tried calling the next two days multiple times with no answer. I was able to get an appointment at another clinic due a cancellation the next day.Their telephone manner is poor and if they can’t have a dedicated scheduler they probably should close or sell to someone who wants to serve the public
