Kennedy Appliance Place

Bought a used stove, just love it, but soon after it had a problem. I called the shop and they came picked up the stove and left me a loaner stove. Soon a couple weeks later got my stove back and now works like a charm. The lived up to their warranty no questions asked. Overall am happy with my experience.

I needed a water inlet valve for my dishwasher. I arrived at this appliance store and in 10 minutes the gentlemen Sam gave it to me, I paid and left. I installed it and good to go! This store has everything the way I see it. Walking in there has basically anything you can imagine an appliance needs. Thanks Sam, you saved me, and my family.

If there was a 0 star option I would choose that. The guy working there sold me a part that didn't work. I went back to try and exchange the part or get a refund and the guy rejected. He rudely started banging on the table shouting at me rejecting it. I highly suggest you avoid this place and go somewhere else as I'm not the only one that has experienced this as other people have experienced the same thing in the other reviews. The part definitely wasn't cheap. This company takes advantage of people and is very deceitful.

I called for a part and they had it. I picked it up and the owners were friendly and honest. The other guys in Brampton quoted me more than triple the actual price and weren't friendly.

Great place if you are looking for repair parts or refurbished appliances. Always found the people their helpful.

You can get a lots of parts cheaper than others. Very Friendly too

I have never felt with a more responsible and ethical appliance parts and service company in my life. I tend to try and repair my home appliances once they are out of warranty. I will admit all my training is off youtube. 80%, of the time I am able to order the part from the brick and we are good to go. Well yesterday my wife informs me that the dryer is not working. No heat. I call the brick for parts and am quoted $200 for a new heating unit. So I order it. This morning off a whim I decide to see if there is a parts supplier in Brampton that is open on Saturday.I stumble upon Kennedy appliance Place. I call and tell the guy what I need. In short he told me to bring the heating assembly to him. He will test it to identify the part that has failed. Sure enough all I needed was the coil. Cost $80.00. this guy saved me over $120 just by being honest. He has a new customer forever. In top of that I called the brick for the cost of the coil $160.00.If you are reading this review please give the place a try. Bottom line these small places need us and are willing to do what they need to do to gain our trust.
