I bought this system about 20 months before. I had never heard about this system before. Since it was in Costco, I trusted the product. But I am quite disappointed with the system. Sometimes, taste of water is fine but mostly it is salty and has a weird taste. I got it checked from the dealer and has to pay for the technician visit. As per technician, nothing is wrong. But I am completely dissatisfied with the product as my problem is not solved. I will not recommend this product to anyone. There are cheaper and better option available in the market.

I reached out to 360WATER Systems when I needed to replace my underperforming water softener. I was impressed by their prompt and efficient service, which made the installation process of the piping on the wall both easy to comprehend and visually appealing. Derrick, their representative, came to my house and suggested a suitable water softener to tackle the hardness issue, as well as a reverse osmosis system to enhance the filtration of our drinking and cooking water. Additionally, he recommended an ultraviolet disinfection system to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our water. Prior to making a decision, I conducted thorough research and contacted several other water treatment suppliers as part of my due diligence. However, after careful consideration, I chose to collaborate with Danny and Derrick from 360WATER Systems because they provided the right filtration and purification systems that met my needs while staying within my budget.

Honestly, other than product which seems to be working since last week and superstar technicians who installed it, everything seems to be wrong with sales process. Too much over the top selling, wrong commitments and assurances with no follow up post install. Still waiting for my phone to ring as promised by salesman for after install activitiesKinetico team - you need to be careful here. This is second consecutive reference where you have faltered and not only brining your name down but also of Costco.Even though I complained against the salesman (Darsh) he keeps calling and when escalated to manager, instead of putting a stop to it, I am advised to handle it myself and telling him not to call!!

These people play games in booking your appointment for service or chnaging the filter. For sales first time appointment they will book as per your convenience time. But at the time of service. They give you an appointment as per your requirement. Then they cancel it and force you to book it as per their convenience. Be careful to even buy their system. There are many other options available in the market that are ready to give you the best service.

Susan was so helpful and transparent. She even followed up to see how the products were working for us post-install. Install team worked quickly & efficiently. Overall great service & great products, 10/10 recommend!

Costco has once again proved their customer service and have increased my faith in their vendors.I stopped at the Kinetico booth at Costco to inquire about the water filtration, Salesman Darsh gave me a great demo and helped me understand the need for these systems.We booked an appointment for the same week and he visited my place for the tests and helped me choose a solution for my home.So far, very happy with the service and overall experience by Darsh and Kinetico. Looking forward to introduce my family and with Kinetico systems!!

It was great meeting and dealing with Darsh from Kinetico. Bought a softner and RO system. Really happy with the purchase, quality product backed by costco. Time will tell how it holds up!

I was looking for a water softener for my condo unit and in the process I have reached out many companies looking for options. Since my condo unti has a separate hot water and cold water lines that are supplied though a central source, all of them said that it is not possible and if possible then they will only do it to cold line, EXCEPT Kinetico. Adam from Kinetico came for insepction and he explained me that Kinetico offers softner for both hot and cold lines that can fit in a condo unit. This is a relief for me as everyone I spoke to had said that it is not possible to have a softner in condo. I was still hesitant after so many cant's and wont's, Adam pateintly addressed all my conerns. Finally, I have got the softner and drinking water RO installed. I can say that we are very happy with the quality of water. Special thanks to Chad and the other guy who did an amazing job on the installation, it was a very clean job.

Overall a good product, only complaint is when it cuts off the drinking water pressure to almost nothing when the filter is due for a change which again only lasts approx 6 months. hope they do something about it. It's frustrating and costing too much to change the filters.
