had a great experience at this cafe, the ambience and service was great, it wasn’t too crowded, the place was really clean, there are not many cafés like these here. I was craving for good tomato soup for really long and when i researched about good soups available in my area, this place came up and it did not disappoint. in fact, it seemed like the whole menu was built around my choice. we also ordered cappuccino, goat cheese sandwich and their berry waffle. everything was good and to add to it all, it was really affordable. our whole meal costed us two people only 35$ excluding tips. I would definitely come back here for their soup and to try more from their menu.

Recommended brunch place with a pleasant ambience and good food. They have all the basic English breakfast available at affordable prices and served quickly. The food tasted great, it will be my first option when I crave for yummy breakfast!!

Ordered classic breakfast. only thing fresh was eggs. Potatoes were day old and hard. Bacon was horribly dry sticks. Bread was just a bread toasted with butter. At register i felt like i wad forced to give a tip. There was no 'no tip option'. Not coming back to this location again. Rather go to some non franchise local place.

I visited in April 2023, here are the changes they’ve made.• Smaller ice cream scoops on your waffles• Extra charges for one scoop (~$3)• Less toppings on your waffles including, fruits, syrup.It was sad, two waffles for me and my brother ran a bill for nearly $30 for just two waffles. They’re menu also doesn’t list that ice cream isn’t included. I bought the same waffle as last time and there’s been changes.I do like having smaller portions of the ice cream scoop, the plate seems more balanced now and the waffles don’t get soggy. But to receive my plate and be informed it comes woth no ice cream, then later be charged for one scoop, it was expensive - and frankly not worth it for the price.

December 2022 5*Visited the places for business meeting and really enjoyed the ambience. There is ample sitting space and Comfortable seating options both for families and friends.Plenty of options to eat and drink. You can have your brunch and enjoy with cup of coffee.My food list is as follows:- Williams Signature Coffee *****- Waffle with banana and ice cream *****Staff is super nice and cheerful.Size was quite big so make sure before ordering.The place is fully accessible and washrooms are clean.
