Looks great at first but doesn’t last. They don’t stand behind there Products. Replaced cheap mirrors with anouther brand and you can see and feel the difference.

Just had my side steps installed today. I kept in touch with Sean through email and he got the ball rolling to make sure the steps were installed today. Thomas came to my work place to do the install and he did a great job installing the steps and gave me extra information on other accessories (tonneau covers). I look forward to doing business with them again. Will try to head to their shop to get my cover installed. Keep up the great work guys!

ITS A CLOWN SHOW DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JOKE SHOP SALESMEN. They Send out defective parts and when I went in to get them to “make sure” the parts were defective. Galaxy auto looked me in the face and said that they see no issues and could not help me further. (Oh I’ve sent you emails and you stop responding I’ve been in and its been within the return window and you’re employee Mitch said he couldn’t help me sent emails to the warranty office and Sean stopped responding) TOTAL CLOWN SHOW you should be embarrassed about even responding

Picked up a 4 bike rack, unfortunately when I tried to install after two weeks the pin hole didn't align with hitch. My car hitch is a standard one should be fitting. When I went to return they changed only the part that doesn't align. I didn't mind, but purchase a bicycle adoptor for my daughter's bike. It was in a box, but when I came home and opened, it was a used one. After week and a half they delivered me new one. But it was not a great experience back and forth.

Phoned ahead to make sure that they had the tonneau cover in stock that I wanted. Was assured they had it. Drove 45 minutes out of my way to get there. Paid for it and then was told that it wasn’t the right one in stock. There was an error in their stock numbers. Totally unprofessional shop. Money was returned.

I went to this place without any knowledge of the quality of work they do, I left there telling all of my trucker friends about these guys. They told me it would take an hour to install my towing mirrors and they was done in about 40 minutes. Galaxy auto is definitely the place to go!
