Richmond School District Continuing Education Mandarin Program (Wednesday Class)

There is a group very good educators working in this program. I am impressed by their professional service from the beginning to the end. The teaching materials are well prepared , and the classroom time was so enjoyable. I am impressed by the offering of the online classes since the beginning of the pandemic too.

Just registered a course for my son online starting in 5 months and paid $350. But the same day I realized we might not be in the city to take the course anymore in 5 months. So I requested a cancellation on my registration within 24 hours via email. However was told I needed to pay 15% of the total fee, even though my credit card company told me the transaction wasn’t even posted yet. Tried to call in and seek a solution but was treated in a very rude way. The staff named Selina conversed in a despicable way about me “trying to spend all this time getting only $50 back”. The issue wasn’t resolved even after I requested to speak with the director. I was only given a “discount” of the penalty fee. Really not happy with the public service related to the city of Richmond where our tax payers’ rights couldn’t be claimed.
