Booked a cab one day in advance to drop my son off at school at 8:30, was waiting for the cab and it got canceled and he left and I never got any calls from him nor did I see him parked outside my house. Definitely need to be better at communicating and making sure your not leaving people late for work or school. Very unhappy

Super friendly, super courteous, quite liked the Customer service I received.What I didn't like was the language barrier and lack of knowledge of the city. Immediately left my house and proceeded wrong direction, jumps on google maps, enters wrong address, once corrected Google literally take the longest most detoured route possible to our destination. The convo was good along the way tho.Would use again but would be a big time backseat driver for my next use.

MY FAVORITE CAB COMPANY IN THE WORLD! They are prompt, polite, and helpful with carrying groceries! Super pleasant with their dispatcher Jacob and many of their drivers, especially BELACHAW. Plus he is cute ;)

Leaves signal on for two kms, almost causing multiple accidents with people turning onto the main way. Driving as if intoxicated. Wouldn't recommend it if you are trying to get home safe!

These guys are absolutely amazing!! When I first moved here they were the only company that I still use. The dispatch is always welcoming and cooperative, Jacob specifically always remembers me and always helps me out. The rates are great the the drivers are always so nice and talkative. Will not use another cab company by choice!!!

I have been using 94 cabs since last April. I have not had a bad experience. The drivers are friendly, and I get to laugh a lot with them. And that makes a big difference when using these services. I do a lot of time calls, and not an issue. Even if they were going to be about 5 minutes late, they have always called me and informed me.Thank you for the awesome service!

They were amazing today and not only helped me but took care of a mistake of theirs. They were friendly also. Long story short, had a $7 fare and I was charged on my debit/credit card $97! I called when I noticed this and within 2 hours, I had the $90 back into my account. They were apologetic and I told them I will still give them my business because of how they dealt with this issue and always been very nice whenever I do call for a cab and the drivers are awesome. Thanks for making a bad situation good again.

Mark was great. Booked us in, sent out our cab promptly. The driver was professional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. 94 Cabs is doing a great service to the Lethbridge area. Update: we used the service again a couple days later... our driver Gene was top notch professional and personable. He is a real asset to Lethbridge and 94 Cabs.
