Kelly's Professional Family Hair Care
I have been going here for years, love the no appointment policy and there's rarely a long wait. As of Oct. 28 they don't require proof of vaccination which I guess is a lifting of a provincial restriction, I would rather have that in place. Always friendly staff and reasonable prices.

One cut my hair in 3-4 minutes. Another took her time for 15 minutes. I can't believe the 1st one did a good job. And she didn't. Often there is poor attention to detail (trimming around ears and edges). They rush. They don't blow dry the loose trimmings out of your hair with the blow dryer when done, hair trimmings left all over forehead and cheeks. They are either poor at their jobs or they could care less. Either way it's a lose " for the client. Ps big money charged for crappy service and poor haircut. (Speaking as a man)."

Do these girls graduate from a credible place or is this where they learn? I have never had a good experience at this location. I find them rude and VERY unprofessional. When you have a room FULL of people waiting and a child who has lice sits on your chair you DO NOT speak so loud or so aggressive and put your hands in the air as you say get off the chair. Those 2 boys no older than 8 were humiliated eyes FULL of tears. Myself and 3 other people didn't say a word and walked out. What's wrong with the other 6 that stayed?

I tried this place out for the first time just browsing hair places on google. When i first got there, the women working there seemed dead inside. They weren't mean or rude, just...emotionless. Personally I am indifferent to that in hairdresser, so not a big deal.The haircut was done extremely poorly though. The hair dressers there seemed to be older" and the one I had did not know what a faux hawk was. She seemed confused when i was explaining it to her and was barely in the chair for 10 minutes when I was told it was 'complete'. She basically shaved the back and sides of my hair

Not to good at all. There was big chunks of my hair missing in the back of my head and when I went back they really didn't fix it. Just cut it really short in the back, gave me two voucher to come back when my hair grows out.

I'd been going to get my hair trimmed which is was fine but I decided to get my hair cut for the Canadian cancer society.....bad decision here. I asked for 8 inches (the min length to donate) and she cut 12 inches off! Two of them stood there as one cut saying it had to be at the nape of the neck which isn't true - just has to be min of 8 inches

Very friendly service. I've never had to wait. They've done my best cuts. Great for those who don't want to fuss with their hair: no pressure to put goopy products in. Very happy with my cut!
