Carstar was super great from the start. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Service was well explained and they fully walked me through all of the damages that needed repaired on my vehicle. Timely estimates and good communication with my insurance company. When I got my vehicle back, they had done a superb repair job and even vacuumed the interior of my car for me. If you ever need work done, I highly recommend them.

Had some scratches on our front bumper. Took it into CARSTAR. Norm quickly figured out it was paint. Removed the paint in a flash . No charge. Great service. Thanks much Norm

I have had to call Adam at CARSTAR/ Aro Motors a few times . The service I have received is exemplary . Let's just say I have a had a few fender benders parking lot accidents . Calling in a panic I am calmed down and handled professionally from reception to pick up.My vehicle always come back polished and new !Thank you Adam

Absolute garbage business more concerned with their reputation than providing service. I went for an estimate that would not be covered by insurance. I specifically requested cheaper after market parts. They stated they would not warranty the repair unless I used OEM parts. They refused to repair my vehicle unless I used OEM parts. I'VE NEVER ENCOUNTERED THIS BEFORE..STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
