I’ve been trying to find the proper size for myself for the longest time. The two ladies (I apologize but I did not get their names, but they helped me on November 15th at 1pm) were the kindest, most sweetest people ever, took the time to help me find my bra and help me find cute ones. The prices hurt my wallet but I find it justifiable, I’ve finally found my size! I recommend this place. The staff is so nice and I felt so comfortable there!

I shopped here recently and the service was amazing. I often struggle to find comfortable bras, so I was impressed by how easily the ladies found bras that fit me. All three of the bras I bought are comfy and look great.

The clerk was very helpful, but being a large busted woman it's not easy to find a bra that is comfortable .I purchased one and when I got home I tried it on again, and just didn't feel right so went back to the store to try again but wasn't having much luck ,was told I couldn't have a refund only store credit even though I was just there .so I settled for the least comfortable which in the end cost me more ..will never shop there again

Best place in kamloops to get a perfectly fitted bra. They run sizes into the K cup, and beyond I am sure. The girls are so helpful and knowledgeable. You will be in and out with an amazing bra you love in a half hour or less. My 96 year old grandma also loved this place when she was alive.

My friend and I came in for a 'treat yourself' kind of day, and I am so excited about my purchase. They fitted you in a way that I had never seen before, but I felt very comfortable and the fitter never did anything without telling me first what she was going to do, which was very professional and reassuring. The fitter brought me back a bra to try on and it fit beautifully the first time. All the staff were very kind and professional, answered all of the questions that we had, and as the cherry on top they have a huge range of sizes. I'm so excited about my new bodysuit, and I know that if I am ever in the market for a new bra this will be my first stop. Honestly, this shop deserves 5/5 stars all round. Thank you so much! Best lingerie in Kamloops, I cannot recommend them enough.

Very helpful staff. Finally found my daughter bras that fit her properly. The prices are steep though. I lost my breath when the total came to $400 for three.

Wonderful service! It's awesome to be able to buy a bra that actually fits right, was fitted by the ladies and they ordered in a bra for me the same day. :) Definitely would shop here again.

I felt absolutely mistreated and feel like they don't know anything. I felt the way they measure is absolutely intrusive and wrong. I will never be going back again and I will be calling their head manager to discuss my feeling of how the measuring is done. If I could give less then 1 star I would.

All of my experiences going here have always been good-- it's always been a quick and sufficient trip. Every time I walk in and explain what I'm looking for the ladies here are always quick to the draw and I never regret any purchases!If I had to make any criticisms; however, it is the fact that the ladies who work here only seem to rely on the first sizing they see on the tag (which tends to be Euro sizing or AU sizing) rather than UK sizing like most brands are made for, and other specialty bra stores tend to use.i.e One time I asked for a 32F (expecting the UK size, because most of the brands they offer are UK based and thus I rely on UK sizing), the lady claimed she gave me a size up" because the brand runs small in the cup

Stopped by today and the ladies (owner and her trainee) were wonderful! Very patient, helping me try on probably 20 bras searching for the right fit. They were very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. Unfortunately I am an awkward size and didn’t find what I was looking for (which they were quite apologetic for); however, they did order the brand/size that seemed a likely candidate.Overall it was another great experience—many brands and sizes with confident and experienced staff. I highly recommend them to people of any size looking for a bra that fits.
