10/10 very professional! Very nice! Very friendly. Have nothing but good things to say. Rachel (who did our pedicures) was just amazing!Overall friendly staff made our mini vacation extra special.

Rachel is super star. She knows what’s she doing. Neat job but fast. And she has sense of humour. The place was nice and clean. You’d feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I would definitely go back.

Mountain Glow is wonderful it’s in the heart of downtown Canmore, and I wanted to leave the crazy city life over here in Calgary and just have a day for myself in the mountains. I got my hair done by a fabulous lady named Katie she is such an incredible hairstylist that transformed my hair into something so beautiful. I will never go to anyone else as she made me feel beautiful again. Thank you for taking the time with me Katie, I can’t wait to come visit you again to get my hair done.

My daughter and I had an amazing pedicure experience with Mountain Glow. The skills of the aestheticians were excellent and our feet have never looked better. The facility is clean, well organized, and definitely a place to which we'll return. Well done!

Had my eyebrows waxed / tinted by Mariz today. My goodness, that lady is fabulous!! The BEST brow treatments I have received in a long long time!! I am thoroughly impressed at the service and attention to detail. So happy I have found my new brow lady. Can't wait to return and have more treatments.

I was going to Mountain Glow for tanning before heading south for a few weeks. Great service! The front desk admin was always accommodating and friendly. Decided to book a pedicure before I left for my vacation. Had a great pedicure with Janine! Even got to have a glass of bubbly while chatting with Janine during my treatment. Definitely coming back.

Beyond disappointed with the service from the owner of Mountain Glow Tan & Spa. I purchased a package for my girlfriend which required a few time-sensitive visits. Unfortunately due to several events (covid, staffing issues etc.) my girlfriend had to be in contact with the owner a few times to find out what the best course of action was. We received VERY rude and short responses with no empathy or alternatives being offered. In the end we had to request a refund.We received responses such as You know what. You will have a refund by the end of the day." and "No your not getting more then that on the refund. It’s your choice to not receive the rest of your treatments.It’s not a good afternoon so stop saying it! Don’t email me again. You are getting refunded on what you chose not to use.That’s it".She was more than willing to accept an alternative option but since the package required several time-sensitive visits
