I highly recommend this place for all your photography needs. The store is staffed with highly competent and super friendly people. They have a self service kiosk for photo prints but you can also pre-order online. They also take passport photos.

I was looking for an easy to use DSLR for my organization and was assisted by a knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. Patrick answered all my questions and recommended a few options that suited what we were looking for. My camera knowledge is pretty limited but Patrick was able to explain the terminology in simple terms and showed me how to use the camera and accessories. That you for making the process so pleasant!Would definitely recommend Downtown Camera to anyone new to photography who is looking for some friendly guidance while they shop. Definitely better than what you would experience in a big box store.

Came here to pick up a point and shoot film camera and was not disappointed with the selection. You can get a reloadable Kodak for under $50 and buy affordable film at the same time—not to mention the other inventory they offer. They offer onsite film development services at an affordable cost as well. Great finds for both leisure photography and professional production equipment. Staff are also highly knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Very cool store but if you are selling used camera equipment they tell you upfront that you will get more by selling privately. That is not an exaggeration. I estimate their offer to be 1/2 - 1/3 of what you would get selling it yourself. I expected a low offer (it is a store and they have overhead, etc.) but it was worse, using the usual technique of criticizing the condition and age. Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff and good selection of new and used equipment. Unfortunately, the lowball offer has turned me off the store.

Great selection of film stocks, quick turnaround time and reasonable prices. The quality of film development and scans are great too. They’ve earned a customer here and I’ll be back often to buy film and get my negatives developed and processed.

100% Recommend Downtown Camera for Film Development and Your Other Needs!I had film developed a couple months back that I was really pleased with. Without a doubt the best work I have received, and it was easy to place my order and great turnaround time.Most recently, I mailed in my rolls from my wedding. Unfortunately the package was damaged on route and one roll was lost. Claudia called me as soon as they received the package, and was very apologetic for a mistake that was not hers! She followed up with a very nice email and even offered to have my scans back to me next day even though it was a weekend. You can’t go wrong with quality work, and incredible customer service. Thank you Claudia and Downtown Camera!

Best place to buy your camera and accessories if you wanna buy it cheap. Wide selection and reasonable price. But dont compare it with the ones in marketplace
