First time doing this but… The miscommunication, the lack of professionalism, the poor customer service team, unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. After dropping our car off first thing in the morning we were told it would be done by the end of the day (they close at 6pm and we work at 6:30pm so that works great). Its now 5:30pm and no update. We call probably 50 times and no one picks up. Finally one of the customer service women pick up and they have absolutely no information about anything. At one point no one knew where our car was… service was saying it was at the body shop… we call the bodyshop and it’s not there and they tell us its at the service center. They sounded like they were just purely annoyed of us that we needed an update on the car. We end up getting a ride to the body shop to literally try to TRACK DOWN OUR CAR(because again we work at 6:30pm and no one was telling us anything and we needed to figure this out).The rudeness we received from the woman at the front desk was unbelievable, it was all extremely frustrating and upsetting. We end up telling them we need our car back because we need to get to work.Turns out the car just sat in the back of the parking lot for 8 hours and wasn’t even getting worked on like we were told (oh did I tell you that this was a rescheduled appointment because we tried before and similar things occurred but we gave them a second chance). If you can’t get something done within a day thats FINE but the customer service and lack of communication that we just experienced was disgusting and was overall the most stressful experience.

Stay away from this so-called body shop.They charged me $200 deductibles for no reason.They will put extra not-required works on the invoice to charge MPI more money, and they will give you a hard time when you disagree with a scope of work and ask them to exclude those works.They know that the car is not worth to be fixed; however, they said we will fix it to collect money from MPI. The car worth 10k and the cost estimate is more than 10k and will go up when actual work will start.The management team is useless. They will give you hundreds of explanations protecting their staff and weird work procedures, but you won’t get any support as a valued customer.

I had to take my vehicle in for some collision repair work, and I noticed that one of the replaced parts was a non-OEM part of inferior quality which didn't align properly. I brought this to the attention of the service advisor, who assured me that they would replace it as soon as the part was in stock. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for this to be resolved. Each time I reach out to them, I'm met with the same generic response.

They are so unprofessional, I contacted them for MPI direct claim. I got a booking for an estimate after a month. After an estimate, I waited for another month for my appointment for the car repair. Now I am getting a call a day before. Unfortunately, your appointment has been cancelled without any rebooking. They ask me to wait for their call for an appointment. Am I fool? Seriously, never gonna contact them again. No apology, nothing. ****Your appointment is cancelled, please wait for our call until we can book you again****

!!Warning to all who are thinking about taking their car to crown auto body and glass!! Look elsewhere!I brought my truck in for an mpi claim which included a windshield replacement, light body work, and paint. They estimated 8 to 11 business days. I got my vehicle back after just over 2 months. The majority of the work was done in the correct time they gave, but what took so long was the fact they told me they could not order the correct grill from the dealership. Thier answer was to come pick it up with the broken grill put back on and to contact mpi for a reimbursement. MPI put it back on Crown saying they had never heard of any body shop doing this before. A game of back and forth telephone tag dragged out for weeks until I finally called up my vehicles dealership MYSELF, and found the correct part number from thier parts department that needed to be ordered. Found out Crown auto body was trying to order the wrong part!!! After going there in person, giving the part number to the manager, and telling them to order the part, it came in and they did the replacement. Unfortunately scratching up the newly painted bodywork in the process. When I got the vehicle back, I had a flat tire and the interior was absolutely filthy. I refused it in the condition that they tried to give it to me in, and even after a second cleaning" there is still dust throughout the entire vehicle.I have zero confidence in their abilities at this point

Really disappointed with the service. Not only was the work incredibly delayed but the communication about the status of my car was very poor. I always had to call (multiple times each day because no one answered) to see when it would be done. The completion date changed every time I called (ranging from 4 more days, to 1 more day, to 2 weeks). I wish I read the other reviews before coming here. I certainly did not feel they cared about me as a customer, and I do not recommend this business.*EDIT NOV. 24After I posted this review, I was contacted by the manager to share what happened. He listened with sincere care and was disappointed to hear about my experience. He wanted to rectify the situation, offering support with getting snow tires for my car. He was very involved in the process of getting my tires to ensure it was done to his standards and expectations. Happy to say the service was great, and I feel much better about the business.Thank you for taking the time to hear my concerns and taking actionable measures to make things right.

Very unprofessional. They don't know what customer care means, same as quality car repair. You and your vehicle deserve better! As an update to this comment, they are liers!! They promised to send me a cheque a month ago. It appeared that the cheque will be mailed 4 weeks after it had to be mailed.

The vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and returned clean. Abby and Sarah from customer service were amazing when I came to pick up the vehicle. Sarah also kept me updated with anything new that was happening while the vehicle was in for repair.

This happened twice now, I would bring my car for a repair.2022, I was given 3-5 days, it took them 21 days.. brought my car again this 2023, I was told 14 days, and it’s been a month, and still no update from them.I understand some parts are back ordered or anything, but please call your customers to provide update. Car is a necessity for a daily use. Please work with better communication. Everytime I would call to follow up, I would always be told that my advisor would call me back. It would take them a week just to tell me they’re still working on it.
