Banff Canyoning

Best adventure ever!!! Had such a great time. Guide was amazing. The whole tour was just unreal from the scenery to the jumps, slides, and zip lines! Couldn’t have asked for a better day.

My partner and I experienced the Adrenaline Canyoning Tour near Nordegg, Alberta. Our guide Zach informed us that he was relatively new to the area; however, his previous guiding experience and strong focus on safety made him seem like a pro! We had an amazing time hanging out with Zach, and we would highly recommend him as a guide. It's not a bad idea to bring a tip, as guides typically don't make a ton of money and do it mostly for fun.As for the experience itself, we had a ton of fun and got the adrenaline pumping. We repelled down several waterfalls (largest ~8m tall), slid down several natural waterslides, and got to adventure a remote canyon that most people would never dare to explore. After our tour ended, we were each provided with a free coupon for ice cream at the David Thompson Resort. Talk about a cherry on top. Stellar experience!

We had a very good time with Matt. It was our first time canyoning for 3 adults and 2 teens, everybody had fun in a safe environment. We highly recommend it!! The canyon is easy to access and it s beautiful!

We had an amazing time!!! We chose for the Heli Canyoning tour and this package was 100% worth it, the whole day was packed with adventure and adrenaline. Starting of with an added Heli tour to see some more of the Rockies and glaciers and getting dropped in the middle of the mountains was already an amazing experience. After which you start realizing that the day only just started. The whole day was very well organized and we felt safe and in good hands during the entire trip. We would totally recommend this trip to anyone who is looking for an amazing day filled with adventure! a great way to experience and see some of the Rockies up close :D

I booked the Adrenaline Tour for my birthday with some friends and we all had the best time!! JP was our main guide, he was thorough and made the trip so much fun! I had their photographer, Kyle, join us for the trip as well! He was wonderful to have with our group and took tons of photos!! I can't wait to see them! We are already talking about and planning the helicopter trip for next summer!! Thank you WCA for an amazing day!

Did the Adrenalin package with West Canyoning in Nordegg with tour guide Guillaume! We had such an excellent time with him and the group. Going into Canyoning, I did not know what to expect with this. I was pleasantly surprised with what it was. It was so much fun and Adrenalin inducing. The tour was a total of 6 hours long. We learn lots. We learnt how to repel from boulders to the bottom of a waterfall, we did slides on natural rocks, we did a zip line type thing down a waterfall as well. Being able to see waterfalls and go behind them is unlike anything else. We hiked down the falls from the top to the bottom, passing through 3 different falls of different sizes. So much fun and I recommend anyone to do this exhilarating experience!!! Will edit this review once I receive the videos and pictures.

The best adventure in the Canadian Rockies! The guides are experienced, safe and allow you to have an adventure. It is the best tour outfitter I have experienced both in Canada and internationally.

My partner and I recently went on the Adrenaline Canyoning tour (June 30, 2023). Zach was our guide and he couldn't have been a better fit for myself and my partner. Zach was so incredibly enthusiastic, charismatic, and friendly. His energetic personality and his excellent sense of humour made the tour unforgettable. He ensured our safety by thoroughly communicating all the possible risks before the tour, as well as mentioning possible hazards and risks during our canyoning endeavours. I never felt unsafe on the tour as Zach was always checking our gear and explaining to us what was going to happen next. Overall, Zach was just the coolest guy/guide.As far as the tour goes, I typically get cold very easily, but we were provided with extensive wetsuit set-ups (3 layers of wetsuits, booties, gloves) that kept me warm for the whole day, despite being in glacier water! Also, Zach mentioned that he packs/offers hot water and tea for guests to have during the tour if they are cold or want a break/warm up. I thought this was such a genius idea! The tour itself included AWESOME natural waterslides and gnarly repels down waterfalls (8 m) along with wandering through a jaw-dropping canyon. The tour was so much fun and my partner and I had an ear to ear smile on our faces the entire time. To top it off, at the end of the tour we were surprised with FREE ice cream vouchers redeemable at the David Thompson Resort Lodge.As a side note, it's not a bad idea to bring cash for tips for your guide at the end of your tour. The guides are awesome and it's such a simple way to show your appreciation for all of their hard work! I promise you won't be disappointed in Banff Canyoning and I am looking forward to experiencing some of their more challenging canyoning adventures!

Had the most amazing canyoning tour with Guillaume and Olivia. They were both so friendly, supportive & knowledgeable. They gave clear instructions, made us feel safe and but also made sure we had so much fun! Can’t recommend them enough for a canyoning tour :)

Had a great time canyoning in right in Kelowna! We got to jump down waterfalls, zipline right into the water, and go down natural water slides. Would definitely recommend on a hot day. Our guide made sure we were all suited up and safe throughout the journey.
