Extremely disappointed about this place called UNI-PRO now. I stopped by a week ago, discussed with the owner, asked for a quote for a cooling system repair. It was before lunch, so he sent me to take a walk and come after. I went there after lunch but he was not available. In a meeting" said the secretary

This place is amazing!! Staff are very helpful and friendly. My daughter took a trip to Montreal with her friends and on their way home, the car had some issues. It was on Sunday, nothing was opened. I goggle and found this place and called at 7:30am Monday morning. Mark picked up the phone, really friendly, understanding and helpful. They worked on our car first and put two mechanics on it in order to cut the 4 hours job to 2 hours so they can head home sooner. In a not very lucky situation, we were so lucky to find this place! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Jai prit in rendez vous pour un changement d'huile sur place à 15:00, j'ai précisé que j'allais attendre sur place. Mon auto est rentrée à 15:45. J'aurais apprécié qu'on m'appelle pour m'aviser du retard j'aurais fait des commissions dans le coin en attendant. Ils ont clairement l'air très occupé et je sais que ce n'est pas de mauvaise fois c'est pourquoi je donne 3/5. Mon coffre à gants était sur le plancher également j'ai du demandé moi même qu'on le replace. En dehors des périodes de pointe je recommande sinon prenez cette expérience en considération si vous êtes pressés.

Super service! Nous étions, ma famille et moi, pris en Floride et Marc-André à pris le temps de faire un diagnostique par téléphone pour nous aider à trouver le problème et faciliter la réparation même si cela ne lui apporte aucun revenue.Il c'est même offert à parler au technicien anglophone en cas de besoin.Mon père est client depuis longtemps et le restera a coup sûr.

I used to be client. One of the owners departed one year ago and things changed a lot. Prices levered up, ethics sank. I still tried a second time, because I used to love them and couldn't believe. Just to confirm my deceptions. They asked 320% the price another garage, to make the same job. Gave stupid excuses, made bad work , arrived with extra charges. Will avoid forever.

The manager (or it is the owner of this place ) is quite rude. He sent me away with my problem saying in a very rude way . I saw the rewies and the same thing happened to others...
