My 96 year old mother lives on her own. She had a problem with her front door locking and unlocking. She called Serrurier Laurentien.They answered the phone, said they would be there in a half hour, they were there in a half hour. All very good things these days.The locksmith repaired the problem. He was so kind, so helpful, so respectful.We highly recommend this local business. We are very fortunate to have good people like this serving our area. Thank you Serrurier Laurentien.

It took 2 weeks to get a service appointment at my residence. They promissed they would come and do the job on a Thursday. They asked me to take pictures of the doors and locks to be installed. I send them the pictures and asked them for a quote which they confirmed sending it that same day. I never got that quote, they never followed up, called me back and never canceled the appointment. They are very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Quick service. Friendly staff. Had 2 keys made and they work great, as good as original. Can't tell you how many times had keys made that didn't work. Necessitating a return trip to have them redone. Overall excellent experience with this locksmith! Highly recommend.
