I’ve got my nails done multiple times there and the only good one is chichi SHES THE ONLY GOOD ONE i once got my nails done bye another women and she really messed me up and chichi fixed it for me no charge bcs it was THAT BAD

Bad! Your satisfaction is not a priority at ALL. Man I thought they would be good since they must get so much traffic but nope. Where do I start? If you have dark skin and want pale colours they freak out. All they want you to do is RED. The woman switched the color I picked and started to apply another one LOL I caught her lying about it too ahahahah never again! She tried to pretend it was the same one and wouldn’t let me see the color number.I made her remove the whole coat after she sneaked and cured it in the machine. She claimed my toenails were too shorty to file all thought it’s been a month since I last cut them. The only reason I left a tip is because I also do nails and they did the job —poorly but still. I’m sure management does not have a customer care attitude.

Very bad place don’t go do your nail there the price don’t make sense, plus you nail will start to lift one week after your get them done… very bad place i do not recommend

I just wanted to know a price of something. When I asked they replied in a rude manner. My nails also broke before a week of having them done.

I have to give this business a 1 star because I got my nails done (a full set) on Sunday and 2 nails already came off. I tried calling them to fix the issue because a brand new set should not be coming off after 2 days, they told me to come and PAY to get it fixed. After paying $60+ dollars to have them put in. I used to love this place, but I will not go back after this service. Very disappointed

Don’t bother booking an appointment, they won’t honer it. They have no respect of their customers time at all.. If someone shows up without an appointment before you, they’ll take them anyway not to loose $$ .. Then they’ll either make you wait forever, or ask you to come back in an hour. They most likely don’t have many regulars. If you happen to pass in front and it works for them fine, but if you’re busy ( as most people with money are ), don’t waist your time.

WORST PLACE BY FAR!!! Never go I swear you will be scammed. Literally did a simple manicure pedicure and got horrible service. Had to do my own filing and polish change while I was there because the job was hilariously bad. It didn’t even make sense. They are also very rude to people for no reason, barely speak English which is normal but when running a business you should know how to speak at least a little. I also saw them scam an elderly woman who came for a manicure and charged her $100!!!!!! And the elderly woman seemed so out of it that they literally took advantage of her!! CANT BELIEVE THIS BUSINESS ACTUALLY EXISTS.

Very bad experience! We didn’t like the service at all.. just waste of money..they didn’t do their job properly..I’ll never refer anyone else to go their!

Walked in for a pedicure and asked for regular nail polish. The lady refused to do regular nail polish as they were supposedly closing in 20 minutes and regular polish would take too long to dry". I agreed to just have a simple pedicure done without the polish since they seemed in a hurry to leave. After getting to the counter ready to pay

We arrived at 6:15 in the store with my friend! They accepted too many customers and could not take good care of each of them! They neglected my friends hands and to this date I have never seen a more terrible manicure!I have pictures of her hands afterwards...
