The woman at the cash was super friendly and it was super enjoyable to chat with her about tasty energy drinks and protein snacks! I really appreciate when staff members have tried different products so I can ask their opinion on flavor (etc.)! We love Hercs and are glad there's an easily accessible location at Pen!

Great selection of nutritional supplements. Everyone here is super helpful and have no problem giving insight on products. They sell made on the spot protein shakes that I’d highly recommend! Located in the same area as two gyms which is convenient. Definitely worth the visit!
