this company is a scam. ordered a hat, sent them my address,. no delivery attempt made to my residence. ask them to leave at a store close to theirs as I pass through Brooks.saying I need to pay $30 for the shipping costs after I already paid $25 for the hat. GTFOBuyers beware

RUDE lady on reception. Huge attitude and more interested in trying to get me off the phone as the company was closing within 10 minutes than helping. Shall not be recommending or using this company in the future BUT would recommend the management offering her some customer service training!
