As a former employee and knowing what the store can and can not do, I had returned a marble bakewear dish that had bought before Christmas just yesterday as I was cooking chicken in the pan and I was reaching in the oven to pull it it out the plan had split in the oven. So I returned it on a Sunday evening was told they could not do anything without a receipt I brought them the pan that split into 3 large pieces and they could not do anything without a manager. This is clearly an issue with the bakewear and the staff are clearly not allowed to do anything without management ther. This is not the policy stokes has and stokes is supposed to do an exchange for these things for the exact same item if in stock. I will not be shopping here ever again and I would avoid this location as nothing new comes here and it has had the same stuff for over 3 uears

Love Love Love this store and the entire company. Bought some placemats a few months ago from thinkkitchen and accidentally ruined them. I emailed the company to arrange something and they allowed me to exchange them as soon as stores opened. The store closest to me was this one and had the most pleasant experience. She knew exactly what I was there for and was lovely thru the entire process. Thank you!

I placed an order (ONLINE) on Monday Dec 2nd. and was immediately given an order # & was advised that I would receive a confirmation via email when the order ships. On Dec 5th, I sent an email to CS requesting an update on my order. I was given a ticket# for my request and was advised I would hear from CS and on DEC 6th received an aotomatic email letting me know the ecommerce dept will be with me shortly. On Dec 9th, I sent another email to cancel my order (I no longer needed the items). On Dec 9th I also received 2 emails letting me know my order has been cleared and I will be advised with a tracking# when the order ships. I was also sent a request to rate the customer service I have received,. I obviously gave it a bad rating. PlEASE NOTE today is DECEMBER 11th! still I have not received an update on my order.

I am in love with this place, I love all the items and their prices. Always very good customer service until today 13 march. There was a new girl with attitude. My husband just asked for a bag very politely, and she said in sarcastic way that if we could give her a second, she is going to do it.

Love this place, best price point with good quality. the front staff is also helpful and guide you on availability. I have found most of the kitchen items from this store and so many sales throughout the seasons.

I absolutely love this store....so many beautiful things to see at this time of year......but as it is a very small store going inside in a bulky winter coat with packages in my arms is not a good idea. The tight space make negotiating the isles safely almost impossible

My entire experience has been a nightmare and it's not over yet. We canceled our order 5 days before it was shipped and received no response to our phone calls or emails. The order was returned to stokes head office warehouse and recieved by them June 18th. After 11 phone messages and 6 emails the only response I've received is an auto response saying the email was received. So more than a month after we paid for a canceled order we have nothing. No product. No money. No response. There is no excuse.Funny.. they have no problem sending me advertising.. every day.I have never dealt with a Canadian company with this bad customer service.
