I've three kids and since I've arrived to Canada, Dr. Sahar took care of them. She is caring, well educated, and kind. Dr. Bashir Ahmad helped me to get my surgery after suffering for years before I met him. He helped my wife to be ready for her field placement at the college. Nice doctors, nice nurse( Manal is the best). I wish you all luck.

Both my children have been patients of Dr. Al-Bakkal for almost three years now. We are very comfortable with the services provided as the Dr. has always been very efficient, caring and not judgmental. The nurse Manal is also great, she listens well and shows high level of empathy and understanding. She is smart, knowledgeable and has always directed us in the right path in many complex situations.The communication is also great, I always have a call back, at its worst the next day. The waiting time is also very acceptable, somewhere between a couple of minutes to 15mn.I cannot talk about the other doctors there because I haven't used their services.

Great doctors, but the front desk staff are VERY slow and nobody ever answers the phone.You also cannot leave voicemails, because it's always full and rarely checked.Staff are still not returning calls in a timely matter.A formal complaint will be lodged with the doctors, as this is not a good situation. If staff cannot or will not keep-up with the workload, then measures need to be taken to correct this either by hiring more staff or getting a better system in-place.

Calls are not being returned, as others have mentioned.It's been over 2 weeks and we've heard nothing back after leaving 3 messages.I see the replies saying how busy they are and COVID and whatnot, but the rest of the world has adapted and this clinic hasn't?My wife needs to see her doctor badly and this will simply force us to find her another doctor.The doctors, themselves, are great.Staff? Not-so-much.

I had an information request from Sun Life back in January 2021. Dr Ahmed refused to fill out the paperwork until Sun Life paid him $200. The paperwork never got filled out until August or September of 2021 and during that time I lost everything my car my home and was put into major debt because of the car that I lost. I begged the office for months and months to fill out this paperwork and the doctor kept saying I need my $200. I hope your $200 was worth destroying my life over. And now I think of suicide every single day. I would not go here for help this doctor just wants to prescribe pills and get paid to do nothing. This review is solely based on my experience with Dr Ahmed. Dr Richardson is an amazing, helpful and compassionate doctor that will go the extra mile to help his patients.

This place is not great. It's very hard to get in touch with your doctor (calls and messages not returned, voicemail full), and the administration is disorganized and archaic. We've had several appointments cancelled without notice: once when we arrived for a scheduled appointment and our doctor wasn't even in that day, and another time they refused to see my baby for his scheduled appointment because his health card had been expired for one day - during the pandemic when all health card renewals were paused.

Dr. Al-bakkal and her nurse, Manal, are wonderful. We are so lucky to have them. An amazing pediatrician, kind, caring, super friendly and welcoming, and listens well to parents. My daughter has been seeing her since she was two years old and now turning ten. I don’t know what we would have done without their support.

My family has been with Dr AlBakkal since my daughter was born in 2002. We now have 4 children and Dr AlBakkal and Manal take wonderful care of them. They listen and offer helpful care for every need we have had. They have a wealth of knowledge and a kind, caring manner. We highly recommend this clinic and have several family members and friends who have become patients here.
