Dr. Rapoport is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever met. He was so incredibly thorough, caring and professional prior to, during and after the surgical procedure that he provided me in December 2021. We are so fortunate to receive these services from an individual who is highly skilled, enormously experienced, and such a talent in his profession. Most importantly, he dedicates his precious time to explain to his patients in detail the process, procedures and possible side effects; quintessentially what you wish for from the perfect Doctor. Thank you Dr. Rapoport!!

I had a surgery for my prostate by Dr. HAMIDIZADEH 5 days ago and I wanted to thank. Surgery was great I am completely recovered and my problem has gone. I was lucky to find Dr. Hamidizadeh. I appreciate it. He saved my life. I wish the best for him.

been trying for almost a year just to get my patient questionaire submitted but they are so uncommunicative that I haven't made any progress since my emergency room visit in mid 2021. emails keep getting bounced back, even email addresses that worked last year. No emails listed on their site anymore. they want FAX in 2022? What a useless place. I wonder how many patients literally die while waiting. I feel like I'm getting jerked around here just to waste my time.

Terrible office to deal with. Specialist does not consider peoples time and misses appointments. There is no follow up to tell the patients he is busy or their appointment has been cancelled. Third time to have scheduled with the specialist and have him miss the appointment. This is very frustrating when treatments are needed and the doctor does not consider patients health. The front desk does not answer calls or when they do, they tell you they will get back to you. There is no follow up. Do not recommend this place at all.

It's so frustrating to get to talk to the doctor. The staff do not seem to understand how to take information down and relay it to him. I spoke to them on the phone and they tried to give me an appointment in 6 weeks and I refused due to our urgent medical needs and they sent me a text two hours later giving me that appointment time anyway. Good grief.

Incredible care from Dr.Hamidizadeh (Urologist).One of the most competent doctors I have ever met. He patiently and calmly provides 'expert' answers, discussing your case in detail and makes you feel that he completely cares about his patients.He also takes into consideration your thoughts and concerns.This is what professional competence looks like and I hope we get more doctors/specialists like him in Canada.Very fortunate to have him as my father’s surgeon.I would highly recommend him.

I'm not sure about all these negative reviews. I found this office to be very communicative, responsive and professional. They always answered the phone when I called, and they called me on time when there was scheduled consultations or appointments needed. My doctor was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. They are doing an amazing job in a very stressful environment during a labor shortage. Thank you Metrovan urology for all your good work.
