I came here for a top surgery consult with Dr. Schragg. He didn't know how many top surgeries he had done, how often he does the surgery, and wouldn't show me any photos of healed surgeries. He couldn't answer basically any of my questions which seems super weird. The clinic seemed like they were happy to collect $10,000 to do surgery but didn't seem to care about their trans patients. Dr.Shragg also said his revision rate for sugeries was at least 50%, with some people needing multiple revisions, which is at least 2 times higher than the average. Transphobic vibes, dont come here. Also, I later found out that Dr. Mackenzie totally botched my friends surgery and he had to go to the states to get it fixed and the surgeon gave him a huge discount since he felt so bad for how Dr. Mackenzie's surgery went on my friend. Very traumatic experience for my friend.

Dr. Brown is very kind, caring and helpful. Even though I have a minor fracture he gave me a lot of attention and took the best possible care of me. And he applies a soft and gentle splint.

After being referred to many surgeons to treat an ear cyst removal, I was referred to Dr. Brown. Even though the cyst was unique, I was not dismissed by simply a quick look like the surgeons before and Dr. Brown sent for an ultrasound first. Truly professional above expectations right when I was beginning to think all doctors will give you 20 seconds for a quick glance along with a cortisone injection.

I went to Dr. Brown for my nose in January 2021 as I had really hard time breathing and he was very detailed about a surgery to happen and how it will go in the surgery room. He also drew my nose shape on his clipboard and as well showed how my new nose will look.The front desk staff they are amazing booking me in for seeing Dr. Brown and booking for the surgery.At the hospital all the nurses that were working with Dr. Brown they were really nice and very friendly they explained me all the details about the process from going to coming out, Dr. Brown called my mom before going into surgery and after surgery to explain everything as there were no visitors allowed.When recovering you will need a lot PILLOWS around you for comfort. You will feel lack of sleep, or hard to breathe or randomly weird symptoms and its totally normal. You will also feel that your not eating enough or not on your proper diet, after three to five days you will be back to normal.Your nostrils shape will look different but it will heel in three to four weeks. Another weakness will be moving a lot in bed or around the house.Take lots of rest! After one week my splints and stitches came off and it was the best feeling to able to breathe just a little better then before. I got my surgery done 6 weeks ago and I'm really happy with my nose. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown for the nose surgery. It's worth getting it!
