Anita and her team are extremely responsible, respectful, and responsive to every communication. In my three months we've been with them we have never had an issue with the dogs, or personal requests for our animals. They handled our 50 lb pups (lab and pitbull) with care and attention. The pups absolutely love their daily one-on-one time. I even get pictures and updates when they come to see them. I would absolutely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Anita, Nick & Karen! They looked after our 2 cats while we were away on vacation for a week and I could not have asked for better service & care for our pets. They were kind, patient, observant & trustworthy.Being the first time I have used a pet sitter service - I was anxious. But on the first meet & greet, Anita & Nick immediately put me at ease. I met Karen on a second visit and knew that I could trust the Bright Star team with our cats.The website to set up our account, pet details, schedule visits & input our home info was easy to use and navigate. Payment methods were straightforward with competitive rates. I was provided with an app to download on my phone where I could communicate with the team and get updates, as well as manage my account.While we were away - one of our cats proved particularly difficult and the Bright Star team went above & beyond to ensure he was taken care of, as well as our other cat who was less shy & finicky.Each sitter provided a detailed report after each visit via the Time to Pet app letting us know how our cats were doing, complete with pictures. I asked A LOT of questions while we were away, and the team were patient & responsive to answer them all.I trusted Anita, Nick & Karen with my cats and our home and would 100% recommend them for pet sitting services.

We have been using Bright Star for close to five years to care for our pets when we travel and/or are away from the for extended lengths of time. Their care has always been top notch. They are reliable, trustworthy and most of all caring towards our animals. They provide photos and written updates after every visit via their customer portal which also includes emails. It gives us woo much peace of mind to see them and know they are doing well. In addition, they make sure our garbage is taken out, they retrieve our mail and water our plants. I highly recommend Bright Star.

Bright Star Pet Services are the best! They are very thorough, kind, and go above and beyond with their care. Receiving the daily updates, along with pictures taken daily of our pets, eases our minds while we are out of town. During our last trip, our flight was canceled due to weather, and we needed a last minute emergency visit of our pets. They immediately contacted us back and promptly went to check on our pets.Highly recommend. We feel so fortunate to have found the people of Bright Star!

Jessica has been taking care of our dog for over a year and a half. We interviewed several dog sitters in the area, none compared to Jessica! She had an instant connection with our dog and she was very trustworthy. She has adapted to our ever changing schedule and is more than willing to be flexible. Our dog just loves her! Jessica goes above and beyond what you would typically ask of any dog sitter. She is reliable and honest. Most importantly, she truly cares for our dog. We have recommended her to several of our neighbors and close friends. She is a STAR!

We have been using Anita at Bright Star for 4 years to take care of our 2 German Shepherds and cat. I don’t what we would do without her over and above service. I trust them in my home and our animals love them. I am not a trusting person either. Especially with my animals.I 100% recommend them

I was referred to Jessica and Bright Star from my regular dog walker/sitter who was retiring. So far my Reddington has only had walks but they seem to going great. Everything we discussed went according to plan. I love the updates during the visit. I am happy and can rely on them to handle things when I need help or can't. I recommend them, absolutely!!! As always, I am super pleased with Bright Star Pet Services. Kris really did an outstanding job of taking care of my diabetic cat who needs insulin shots 2x per day, and my other five kitties...yes, five, who are on prescription diets. I was able to take a trip without worrying. So glad for their professional service! Would highly recommend!!!

They always take amazing care of our pets when we're out of town. They send pictures and updates every visit so that you know your pets are happy and safe. The app they use is super easy to use as well. Love them!

I am forever grateful that I chose Bright Star Pet Services to care for our furry family. They are observant, caring and trustworthy. An update with pictures is provided via email after each visit, and they help with extra tasks (i.e. mail, watering plants, garbage). Each sitter has also stayed a bot longer to provide additional TLC.
