I avoided going into the store for a while because the first experience I had several years ago left me feeling too pressured. I was constantly approached every few seconds by an employee. I understand the nature of retail sales and its part of the job, but too much pressure on the customer can leave them feeling anxious and not wanting to purchase anything if they can't look around themselves for a little bit. :)However, I took my son in a few days ago, and completely different! the two staff members were really nice and friendly, without pressuring me. It felt easier to shop and look around because I didn't feel forced into buying anything. They were also really great with my 4 year old. He picked out two bath bombs.

The ladies and gents at this store are by far some of the loveliest people I’ve had the pleasure of conversing with.They are knowledgeable about their products, very personable and will make sure you are leaving with exactly what you need, and maybe a few extras.Their products are also wonderful, and very nourishing ( at least the products I’ve used have helped my hair and skin )Now if only they would get more colors in their makeup line, everything would be perfect.

Never been to the store before. Buyer beware. Sure staff is friendly and nice. But the product left a sticky residue on the ring on the tub. And what was left, was wrapped up in a face cloth. When we put a load of towels in, we didnt know, and this it what happened to my brand new washing machine. Now I get to spend my sunday scraping this off. I tried to use all types of cleaners and end up having to use a scraper to remove this. Sorry, but I wont be buying this ever again.

I was helped by Deli today at the Midtown location and she was amazing! So knowledgeable about the products, so friendly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She threw in some free samples for me to try, awesome experience and employee!

I had the most wonderful experience shopping at this location today. Mikayla and Dale made my shopping so comfortable and welcoming. They really convinced me that my shopping would benefit my self care and it truly has. (: I definitely cannot wait to see them again when I need to restock for my self care needs. I left the store absolutely satisfied with my purchases and was thrilled to see everything I wanted was in stock.

The whole team is so kind but specifically Kelsey! Cute hair and so helpful! Helped me pick out bathbombs that would be softer and gentler for me & helped me pick some stuff out for my sister in law. Good conversation and she helped me with my heavy candle bag! Thanks Lush team, and thanks Kelsey
