Really Slow Service while you you try to return products during Big sales season. Two stars given when they give you a good service while you do the purchasing t. I won’t coming back again, kind disappointed...

Stay away from this store and rude staff. Their warranty is a scam. I took the knife for sending to head office. First, The cashier Sunny said my knife is Ok. after lying to my face about her manager being in tele conference, her manager showed up. She said the same thing with worse attitude. I asked her do you have a certificate or licence to evaluate the knife, she started calling me rude because I asked that question. I asked what is her name ? She refused and said she is not giving me her name and left the counter with horrible attitude!! I called their head office to report her terrible behavior! Not heard from anyone yet! Just stay away !

Terrible service, very rude assistant manager.Be careful when you purchase anything here, they don’t accept returns as other stores, even within the 30 days as per their policy.

This store will never honor the warranty they promised. I should have read other's review before making a purchase.After 2 months of the usage, the non-stick coat on the wok starting to peel off.The store manager is extremely rude and directly pointing finger at the customer. Questions she asked was:What cooking oil you used?What utensils you used?Did you use silicone ones only?How did you clean it? You are not supposed to use fish washer.Do you have any more questions? I don't have no time to waste on you.She claimed herself got proper training on assessing the warranty but clear what she lack is not only assessment skill, but also customer service and communication skills.This is the worst customer support experience I ever got. Now I will just stay away from any Zwilling products in my lifetime. All thanks to that conceited, big and rude store manager. I would give a minus 1 star rating if I could.

BUYER BEWARE:STORE SELLS FAKE ITEMS. Attempted to return set of 8 of the hand-blown" Henkel glasses after discovering that the ones that I purchased on December 22nd were not genuine.The Henkel symbol on 7 of 8 of the glasses is false (see image for proof)

Went into this store to browse. The sales lady was very engaging to my daughter and helped her out with all her questions. She did not push or get irritated with any of the questions or the time she took to make her decision. She was so excited and thrilled with her purchases. That made my day. Thank you to the staff for all your help. Very informative. We will be back.

If you want to deal with rude customer service and racist sales people, this location caters to that in its truest form. So unfortunate given the reputation of the brand. The people here really can discourage you from ever wanting to purchase a Zwilling J.A. Henckels product

My Ballarini Cortina pan sticks lately after using very lightly for a year or so. I emailed Zwilling customer service. They asked me for photos but at the end they asked me to either ship (at my own cost) or go to a retail shop for free assessment. I went to the shop at Vaughan Mills. The sales lady was originally very friendly. However, when she knew the purpose of my coming, she changed her attitude instantly, without even looking at my pan, she said it's not manufacturer defeat but wear and tear. She added, a non-stick pan is not supposed to be used on high heat and everyone knows.I am not a professional nor cook often. I then googled about non-stick pan. It did say not recommended to be used for high heat but the definition of high heat is over 400F. My stove high heat is at 400F. I am using air fryer and the basket is non stick and I am using it at 400F most of the time. I also have other non-stick pans using the same high heat and have no problem.Don't ever buy from this store. It's sad that this sales lady is only good when customers are buying but turns so rude when customers are trying to claim.For Zwilling non-stick pans, please beware, they don't have any indication of temperature to be used. I saw some Korean made pans have both temperature and medium to low heat stated on the box. Plus you can't claim anything from Zwilling, their warranty policy does not warrant anything at all.

The store policy for pans are life time warranty.Unfortunately that's false advertisement.I bought 3 pans different sizes and the least used small pan is peeling. Where the most used medium size man has its scratches from regular use but no peeling.I asked to tell them this is faulty coating and they said no you used it wrong.They also said they don't cover non stick pans past 2 years. Which is completely against what was told to me that it is life time warranty.The pans are good but this kind of customer service is garbage.Don't buy if they plan on misleading you with false claims.
