Excellent service. Professional staffs. A very busy place. Better make appointment before going.

These people can barely work a front end terminal. I sat for 30 minutes while they tried to figure out how to process a payment. And that was just the people waiting to pay. It's veen 45 minutes since I walked in and I haven't even been talked to.I had an appointment on Friday, and arrives to find they were sending people away as their shstem was down, I was given an appointment for 2pm Sunday. Upon arriving, it's a gong show, the employees seem confused, all of them, everything is grinding away extremely slowly, and no one has a clue what's going on. They don't even know where their customer washrooms are, just that they're outside".I've been going to H&R for years and their service has vecome worse and worse with every year.I will not be returning and

Considering everything happening in the world right now, I am very grateful for Ramin who once again did a fantastic job helping with my taxes. He is very patient (way more than me) and detailed and thank you H&R Block once again for a job well done!

Been going there for several years, but this year sucked. Wife had to wait 45 min for a scheduled appointment. We went back again and had same experience, had to wait 45+ minutes for a planned appointment. It not like we just walked in. May need to find another location for next year.

Me and my husband are so happy and satisfied to file our tax with H&R Block in this location, it’s hassle free and covenient as well during this pandemic time. Hera, the H&R staff who did our tax also helpful, friendly and professional, and explain clear and detail information that we would like to know about our tax, we are happy with her service and recommend her if you go to this H&R location. Worst experience. First appointment, lady was 30 minutes late. Ud think she do her best to make my tax return amazing... Few minutes into it and they get a power outage. She asked for my number to call me back when my taxes are ready. (asked for instant refund). I never received a call back. Called into the office 2 times the following morning and noone picked up the phone. So I went in the office and the lady saw me right away only to tell me that she did the taxes for me on the option (pay later). I was furious because I needed the money right away.Also to try and correct her fault, she used (family discount) on my taxes for 2010 in which she's not allowed to do. Some regional manager called me back but never gave me an alternative. Just apologized. I now hate hr block with a passion

Such a great experience! They really tried getting all the money that they could for me. You must make an appointment before going in though, as it is understaffed.

Stojan has been doing my taxes for years now. There's no one I trust more to get me what is rightfully owed to me by the government. Before I found stojan I was getting a quarter of the returns im getting now. He knows all the ins and outs I don't know what I'm going to do when he retires. He's a smart man in my opinion you guys need 20 of him.
