DON'T buy from these crooks! We booked a 800 sq ft condo with samcon drummond and only got 630 sq ft on delivery. That's 21% less than what we paid for. No compensation and no apologies from samcon, only this is normal". How is 21% discrepancy normal? So many emails yet no response from them. Take your business elsewhere if you don't want to be scammed."

The townhouse is in a good location, close to the main streets and highways, but still on a quite street. The interior of the house is well equipped.

I experienced a very good time with Samcon !I appreciated very much the warmth and the help of the team .A special thank to Hossein Yehia who is just perfect you feel with him as if you knew him for long !Thank you too for Pierre’s explanations when delivering the condo .What an emotion to discover the night view over Montréal’s downtown illuminated buildings from my condo tears went in my eyes so it was beautiful !!!The only « little thing » is that if you buy a certain area do not forget it is gross area the net area of your condo is something like 10% less because of the walls .The webcam to see how the building grows is a very good idea I leave in Europe and could see my building every day !!!

I am living in my condo at VICOURT since May. The best investment I had ever made. This! what I call HOME. I love every aspect of it. High ceiling, large Windows, great location. I do recomend Samcon for those who are in search of buying a condo, you get your money's worth.

Had a good selection of colours and material when choosing the interior of the Drummond. Also, had a reasonable delay with customer service in terms of any reparations to be made to the condo.

Hello,I reside in one of the project 'Vicourt' being built by samcon and i would like to share my experience.In the beginning i had issues but after reaching out to the management. Mr. Scalia the owner paid a visit to my condo himself and was very understanding and welcoming. He made sure i am taken care of and everything is as per my satisfaction. He went above and beyond to take of the issues i had and followed up several times to make sure i am happy and comfortable.Would defiantly recommend Samcon condos to anyone.Thanks,Imran
