Accurate Air was awesome! Clean, tidy installation, including a new breaker panel, cleaned up very well on completion. Graham did the installation, great guy, sense of humor, worked steadily in 34° heat. Informative, answered all our questions. Highly recommend!!

Phoned up and asked if they could install my heat pump, and do the duct work. They sent a person right out the next day. He gave me a fair quote and said they would come install it the following week. No one showed up. I called the office, the office didn’t know anything about it. They said they would call me back. They didn’t. I called again the next week. Same thing, said they would get back to me. They didn’t. 3 calls later they apologized and said they would be out to do it on Monday . They didn’t show up. I called to ask where they were, I was told they weren’t scheduled to show up till Wednesday. It’s Wednesday now , the guy showed up, looked at it said he could hook up the heat pump because he didn’t do duct work. He then said they would have to send someone out to do the duct work first. I said yah, he said he wasn’t going to do it. Then said his company wasn’t going to install the heat pump. I phoned the service manager and he said that that guy was the only one that could install it and the guy didn’t want to so they weren’t going to do it. No talk of costing more nothing. He also said it was the wrong size heat pump for my house. It’s a 1700sft house. A 2 1/2 ton heat pump. All three installers I had quote me said it would works fine. A month and a half , no heat, waiting on this company. Now I have to start over. Shame on me!

Said they would come out to look at my heat pump (which they installed originally, and now has a refrigerant leak), except nobody ever showed up. Followed up with the owner several times throughout the day and got no response. Honestly have never seen anything like it.

The team installed our heat pump and then followed up to make some minor changes. Courteous and professional service that went above and beyond. Would recommend.

10 years ago we hired Accurate Air to design a complete high efficiency gas furnace and a high efficiency Heat Pump system to replace an old poor efficiency out dated system. With a few modifications to the duct work, the new equipment was installed on the date promised at the quoted price with no hidden charges/fees. What an outstanding crew, it was indeed a pleasure to have them work in our residence. Over the past ten years, we have had the same technician do the annual servicing of the furnace and heat pump. A professional, who is easy to communicate with, who explains what was done and why. He always arrived on time and completed his work effectively; he has always been someone I have trusted implicitly; you just knew there were no corners taken and could trust the results. The Manager would periodically call to ensure we were satisfied. Over the years the furnace developed a recurring issue that the technician and Manger dealt with immediately. Finally, the Manager contacted the manufacturer and was able to negotiate a brand new replacement furnace at no charge. The installation was just completed on the day they promised. Now you won't find any better service in the Cowichan Valley than that. It was a pleasure to have the crew in the house working; they cleaned up everything with the entire removal and installation going flawlessly. The Manager of Accurate Air is committed service provider to his client. The crew dedicated and just a pleasure to do business with. We look forward to many more years of servicing the system. This company does not communicate or return calls. The lady that answers the phones is not very professional. We contacted this company to install a Range Hood Fan. Jay came to the house and promised to come back and start the job. He never returned or return our calls. We also requested a quote for a Heat Pump, left several messages and no response!

Had a heat pump installed. Intermittently works and doesn’t work. House will be cold. Insists there’s nothing wrong with it. Paid the same as friend paid for heat pump & ducting just for the heat pump. Used cheap components. Not impressed. Go to another company. Noticed system was installed wrong when compared to installation guide but they insist it doesn’t matter.

Perfect experience. They showed up on time for the initial estimate. The quote was delivered quickly. The equipment quoted was top quality, at a great price. They were able to install quickly, on the day they said they would. Communication with the office and installers was excellent. The ductless unit I got, (Daikin), is excellent. Quiet, reasonable price and an excellent guarantee. This is the second house that I have had Accurate Air install HVAC in. The other was excellent as well.

They didn't show up to finish job. Promised to do so for over 2 months. Had to call another company to do so. To be avoided..

So happy with Accurate Air and their employee's. Put in a new Heat Pump, Coil, gas furnace and thermostat replacing old and inefficient equipment. Very professional and informative plus the price was by far cheaper then most other dealers for same quality products with excellent warranties. Highly recommended.
