Great service! Everyone was super nice and greeted me kindly and was always willing to help when I was browsing around prior to my appointment. My piercer Angela was thorough and precise with mapping my ear. I got their special for the weekend. Buy 1 get 1 free piercing. Had my rook and tragus done! Felt totally comfortable!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place has poor quality jewellery… If you are like me and are extremely sensitive to cheap metals, don’t go here. Don’t believe them when they say that the materials are top grade. I found a cute belly button ring here (and was told it was titanium) and I switched it out ONE YEAR after I got my naval pierced and BodyMods’ piercing caused huge problems for me 2 months in. It gradually began to tarnish and lose its “rose gold plating” and ultimately made my naval swell and bleed a lot. This went on for about 3 days but I went and switched it out with a naval ring from Adrenaline Granville and within 24 hours, the swelling and pain and bleeding stopped. I’ve never had any issue with my naval piercing until I came to this place. It’s a shame because they have a lot of cool/cute designs but don’t let the cheap prices fool you. You get what you pay for. Hooray for you if you haven’t had any issues but I promise you there are better places to go.

My 6yo had the pleasure of getting her ears pierced for the first time at Studio 5 today. Riley was an absolute legend. She was entertaining, informative, and very professional. Walked my daughter through the entire process from piercing to aftercare, and made her feel comfortable all throughout. I would highly recommend them to any parent whose child wants to get their ears pierced.

Very happy with my experience! I had my nose pierced elsewhere but desperately needed to get my nose piercing changed as it was difficult to get out. Despite them having a terrible water damage situation happening, they were able to pop me in for my jewelry exchange right away. I ended up purchasing the aftercare bundle since the other one I had didn’t seem effective. I got my jewelry exchange for free since I got the bundle! So I spent $40+ tax for the service. And some extra coupons! Thanks ladies!

My five year old had her ears pierced today by Riley at Studio5. I am very impressed by how well Riley explained everything to my daughter and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. Riley and the person at reception were both explicitly clear about bodily autonomy and consent which is EXACTLY what we were looking for. After care instructions were easy to understand and explained to both me and my child. The piercing room was very clean. Everything (needles and earrings) was opened in front of us and explained verbally before starting and during each step.Great experience and I will recommend Riley at Studio5 to anyone who asks.

Nice shop, beautiful jewelry and above all really chill and friendly staff! Got some sensitive piercings (nips) tapered by Angela, very fun and friendly. I felt taken care of and very comfortable. 10/10 recommend getting pierced by Angela and I look forward to getting more done in the near future!

I had two piercings done by Riley and they were amazing! They were super helpful, thoroughly explained the aftercare process to me, was clean and efficient and had my two piercings done within 5 minutes! Made sure to show me the placements and ensured I was happy, and then informed me of exactly what they were doing before they did it. It was very comforting for someone who hasn’t been pierced in many years. They were also super fun and great to talk to! I would definitely recommend getting pierced by them!The shop was also great, clean, efficient, and quick and had lots of aftercare products available. 10/10 would recommend!

Went to get my ears pierced with my grandma and sister. All the workers there were very amazing and professional. Stephanie made sure that the language barrier with my grandmother didn't get in the way and made us all feel very welcomed. If you're looking for great service, i would highly recommend going here.

Brought my kindergartner in for ear piercing she'd been asking for and the staff were fantastic! They're great with kids and really know their stuff. A much better experience than the old ear piercing guns of my childhood. No swelling or irritation. They were super patient and took the time for her to ready for the second one. They made sure the kiddo was in control which made it a really positive experience.

This place is where everyone should come, to every piercer in this location and they are all incredible. Nikki pierced my double and she was so patient, answered any questions I had and was very quick. Chantel pierced my nose and she was so incredibly sweet and patient. I haven’t necessarily been pierced by Riley but she is so helpful. I am being completely honest when I say she’s probably one of the most helpful people I’ve met, I had some issues with irritation and she walked me through every step, she even explained how I could be wasting my money if I get it changed and was so honest. My irritation went away so fast with her help. Everyone at studio 5 is amazing!
