AMAZING!!!! AMAZING, AMAZING!!!So great full I found this place ! They were able to recover all my photos from my sd card that was no longer working ! He went above and beyond to ensure this will never happen again! He backed up my phone, my external hard drive , set up so my photos sync automatically!!! Simply the best!!!!

I anything is over 30 days it is purged would mean this business is either. Failing to do backups in the event of disaster or they are using it to over charge clients. But when you call on day 32 they tell you it’s past 30 days. All files are purged as an IT professional. They have said My back ups do not have a copy. Of your files which is false. Because the backup that was 2 days old still has the data. I will the weekly and monthly backups . Tsk tsk tsk. That is unacceptable business dealing charging people full price for a file that was in your back up file , especially seeing as it was for a deceased members memorial card talk about gouging customers and more so if that business got hit with ransom ware. What are they going to do. Charge you to redesign because they failed to do backups
