Trying to get a Washer and dryer delivered after waiting 2 months for it has been very frustrating. Calling and leaving a message many times....no call backs. Promised delivery windows (3 times) have come and gone. Driver calls to arrange delivery window...only to be snubbed again. If I could give zero stars I would. NEVER AGAIN will I order appliances that use this company for delivery. Pathetic customer service on an epic scale.

Dropped our new fridge then delivered to wrong location then delivered the wrong fridge to us to try to fool us. Had to order another fridge, waited forever to get it and they were in no rush to deliver the new fridge. Awful. Stay away.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery company. They delivered our washer and dryer a week late, our dryer was damaged so they took it back. We called and called and never got a hold of them. Then almost two months later our new dryer finally came. They refused to take our old one with an extra $25.Worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced.

Donna has terrible customer service skills and attitude. She should probably work on that considering it’s her job to deal with clients. If you don’t like your job, find another line of work.

One of the worst delivery companies ever. I don't know how they have contracts with such big companies. Twice they called to tell me my items would be delivered and I waited and no show, no call nothing. They never take responsibility of human error its always a system error". If you try to talk to anyone you get nothing but rude service. I don't know how companies like this operate telling people multiple times they order will be delivered and they don't show up

Canada Cartage failed to deliver a fridge and stove from Home Depot 2 weeks in a row. No contact since.The contact number they provided goes straight to voicemail - which is full. Left a callback number - nobody called.I will avoid ever again purchasing something that Canada Cartage delivers. I will also never buy large items from Home Depot because they ship using Canada Cartage.Extremely disappointed in the lack of service or contact.
