I didn't have the parts number but explained the sales person what I was looking for. He was patient enough to understand the parts I needed and reconfirmed this by showing me the print of parts I was looking for. He is a well informed person. The store is neatly arranged as well. Felt good for choosing Merro Brantford.

Well when you own a Freightliner truck you have no choice really.. they tried to rip us off saying we needed a new engine over an oil leak which ended up being a gasket, so was not impressed. Had work done then had to go back week later to be re done as it wasn't fixed right the first time.Had head supervisor involved.

Metro freightliner service was amazing. I lost a hose clamp off my air to air exchanger and limped into them, I was repaired and back on the road in less then a half hour. Exceptional service from advisor to technician. Thanks guys

Updated this old review from 2 to 5 stars.I’m changing it because I went to Metro for a grinding noise on my Cummins engine. I came late at night and asked for an opinion on the problem. They looked at it right away and gave me a diagnosis. I had to wait till morning to get authorization from the office. In the end i had to take it to another shop but Metro didn’t bill me for anything. I was surprised but very happy. They had two mechanics spend time on that truck but still no bill. Awesome customer service. Thanks Metro!

I have had 3 dealing with this business...#1- straight forward pickup parts only... (that's why you get 2 stars.. and not 1)#2- called and asked about an oil analysis. . The personal I spoke with over the phone says it is free.#3- went to pickup the analysis cup, and got halfway out the door and got yelled at... aren't you going to pay for that?!Im sorry, excuse me... I have no problem with your $30 analysis, the problem lies with the fact that I wasted my time all because whoever answered the phone had no idea what they were talking about..Thanks, but I'll take my business where they actually know what they're talking about.

Great service and right off the highway! Customer service and communication with these guys is top notch. They listen, answer questions and explain everything in detail. Needed warranty work done on 2017 Cascadia, dropped off truck with breeze and picked up with all work done and some, (cleaned grease off engine bay and replaced other parts I didn't raise concerns for but needed attention) talk about above and beyond! Great people, spoke with Goose and Bill, professional and to the point! I'm coming all the way from Markham and would highly recommend these guys.
