Park Motel

My dad and I recently returned to the Park Motel after many years for a spring fishing trip.The owners were pleasant as always and even remembered us.We like the location and space available to back the truck and boat up to the motel units at the rear of the property.The place looks a bit rundown but the owners are working at making it better again. Covid wasn’t nice to many of us.The room was as expected and we will plan to visit again. Hopefully not as much time will lapse this time.

The owners and staff here are all amazing. I immediately felt very welcomed, despite a significant delay on my first day checking in, that caused me to arrive fairly late. When I first checked in, I was on my own and was staying in a Classic Room with 2 double beds. The room was well kept, very clean and had all the necessities that you could need, regardless of the length of your stay. When my husband and daughter joined me, we upgraded to a larger unit, as we’d be staying for a about a month or so. I can’t say enough praise about the Park Motel in Trenton. Friendly, accommodating, clean, comfortable.. And the gardens are just absolutely beautiful.

This is a terrible motel I spoke with a man last night and explain to me in my pregnant girlfriend have nowhere to go we have first and last months rent saved up but there is no apartments available right now so we asked to rent a room for the month The men told me they do not rent rooms by the month and I told him That’s no problem he proceeded to tell me OK OK what is your budget I told him whatever he decides to charge us Right there the man said no problem come in tomorrow and we will make an acception I told him thank you and I called back this morning rather than go in there just to make sure everything was OK and I spoke to a woman who I’m going to assume is his wife who was very ignorant and rude to me and told me you are wasting your time we don’t rent by the month I don’t care what anybody told you yesterday you’re wasting your time calling here so I counted on the room for no reason I had an option to rent another room at the bay view which I didn’t take because I counted on the man’s word I have no reason not to it’s a business it should be professional now the room at the bayview was rented and me and my pregnant girlfriend are going to be on the streets as of the first I really don’t think that’s acceptable Do not go to This motel

guys really nice always a decent experience but the last room i got was freezing

I stayed for one night and it was ok for that purpose.My room was spacious and clean actually with 2 beds and a kitchenette, but the furniture was aged and there were dead bugs here and there probably due to a recent pest control. The greenery in between the rooms is quite cozy to enjoy at a sunny day.

Customer service was fantastic, the owner readily attended to my concerns. Great location and comfortable rooms. These features are very hard to come by at this affordable price point. Overall, no complaints. I'd highly recommend.

We stay here very time we go to the Bob Jones Memorial dart tournament. The room is clean. The water pressure is fantastic. He even had a BBQ for us to use to cook steaks on! Great price and with a room with a kitchen with everything we needed to cook with n eat off of help us safe money buy cooking our food instead of ordering out. Next we will return to stay here when we play the tournament!!! Thank you

Very good spot for a hotel, close to amenities but when further looking at our room there was blood on the bathroom walls. Not so much staffs fault but further inspection and cleaning services should be put into place! Great beds, very spacious rooms!

The owners are very friendly. Shops and the lake are close by. The room, however, was very dirty and smelly. Kitchen facilities were incomplete and grubby. A bit more of cleaning could make it a nice spot.
