Met some of the Reliable staff in a building they happened to be working in and was delighted to see professionalism alongside good nature while they were doing their work. You don’t seem to see good customer service often anymore and it was nice to be reminded that some companies still hire good people that also clearly know their stuff so the safety of the building feels solid.

My building's fire alarm has been going off pretty consistently every 3 days for the last 4 months. This company is ridiculously bad. Stay as far away as possible. I'm decently sure the positive" reviews are either bot reviews
