DYMON Storage Train Yards

This is a top-notch and high tech storage facility that makes it as easy as possible to deal with the difficulty of having to use storage. They do the ultimate best to meet all your needs and with the store they exceed all expatations of supplies. It is extremely clean, fresh smelling, superior lighting, smoothly opening doors, large elevators, clean bathrooms and no shortage of carts. There is nothing to not like about this facility.

DYMON STORAGE HAS ALLEGEDLY SOLD MY ITEMS IN A STORAGE AUCTION WHEN MY ACCOUNT WAS FULLY PAID - CRIMINAL OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE? ***BEWARE*** On May 29th 2023, I discovered my belongings were missing from my storage locker at 323 Coventry Rd. It was almost the entire contents of my apartment minus furniture. My account was fully paid. The Manager's note on my file is that my locker was found empty with the lock/key on the ground March 4th 2023 when I stored my items February 28th, 2023. I have the two copies of the keys I was given which I was told were the only keys. I discovered four of my items a few days later being sold by a woman on Poshmark who refuses to give them back or seek reimbursement from Dymon as she allegedly bought them in a storage auction May 28th. The Ontario Police has seen this Dymon storage locker receipt. This is the SAME DAY I informed Dymon in writing, I would likely come to collect my belongings. Since discovering my items were missing May 29th, Dymon Storage allegedly still doesn't know what's going on and and has NOT provided the security footage to the police. They have ignored my requests for their third party insurance information also.

I had the opportunity to meet with Jacob, Jacques, Justin and Keenan one afternoon when I was having my furniture moved. All of these gentleman took exceptional care of packing and storing my furniture. They moved and packed my furniture as if it were their own and I really appreciate the care they took. Excellent work guys!

I have been storing with Dymon Storage Train Yards for some time now, and have especially enjoyed storing there because of shift manager Cassandra. She always ensures that I am well looked after, and deals with any issues that arise instantly. Top notch service!

Spotless and great staff.I deal with a different location and same thing. They know me by name and treat people with great respect.This new place is huge.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms today were sub par. Dirty sinks, floors and toilets.I find the overall cleanliness of the storage isnt like it used to be.

Manager Cassandra is so helpful! As I have had a storage unit there for over a year, Cassandra is always smiling and friendly when I see her. Always offering to help out, when needed!

PHENOMENAL. I am blown away by how good of a storage facility this is. The facilities are IMMACULATE, everything is spotless and cleaned frequently. They have a large amount of carts to use at their location for you to move your stuff from your vehicle to your locker. And the carts are great too, they're easy to push and steer even when they are heavily loaded. They provide the keys and lock, 24/7 access, and a variety of other services too.Price was reasonable. Not the cheapest but it felt like overall a good deal for an air conditioned facility.Excellent customer service from everyone I dealt with. Cassandra in particular was VERY helpful with setting up and closing my account and with general inquiries. On one hot summer day, an employee was even walking around handing out free chilled bottles of water!! Have you ever heard of a storage facility doing something like that? It was greatly appreciated by everyone there.I would highly recommend Dymon and this location in particular. If I ever needed a storage locker in the future I would be back in a heartbeat.

Very clean, and staff are really helpful. It was our first visit to see our storage unit after we moved the contents of our condo in a storage locker. The Dymon movers were very professional and friendly. They did great job moving our contents in the storage locker.

I have been a customer for a little over a year. Great quality lockers. Aaron from customer service makes the experience so much better. He remembers your name, and is always super helpful. I thought he owned this location based on his passion every time I see him.
