I had the metal slates installed and my roof looks great. The neighborhood loves it! And, no, it’s not noisy when it rains--it’s the same as any other roof.One’s roof takes the most pounding on a house - rain, snow, and wind, so the investment is well worth it. Sergiy and his team did a fantastic job on our metal roof. Very professional, punctual, safe, and tidy. We have 4 kids and at the end of every day they cleaned up making sure no debris was left behind. The quality of work appears to be top notch. I was referred to Carlson Construction by a co-worker, and glad that I was. I had to replace my 12 year old shingles and the cost difference compared to standard shingles was about double. Not only does the roof look great, but long term it will save me money. I highly recommend Sergiy and his team at Carlson Construction.

We had a metal roof installed by Carlson - highly recommended. Serge is knowledgable and will walk you through the process and show you the materials. His team is experienced and work quick. Great quality - these guys know what they’re doing. Every corner, seam and panel is perfectly fitted on the roof. They even made sure the roof was prepped before layering on the metal roof, as we have a few vent covers loose. Very happy with the end result.
