A-Pro Xcavation

I wish I could provide a review on the actual service, but I didn't receive any. I wrote Dave for a quote on a residential grading project - he got back to me soon after and we agreed to meet the following morning at my home for him to give me a quote. My husband and I rushed home from our outing to ensure we were there for our scheduled appointment with Dave....and he never showed up. I e-mailed him after about 20 minutes asking if he was still planning on coming.....no response to date (this was 5 days ago). Still hopeful, I phoned him several hours later and left a voicemail....he never called me back. Poor customer service!!! I appreciate that a residential project might not be a high priority for some companies, but at least have the decency to tell me that instead of having us sit around waiting for someone who is never going to show up.

I have used Dave for two projects. Nice honest guy. He does great work for a fair price. I'm doing a third interlock project this fall and will definitely use A-PRO.

Dave was very responsive when I reached out to arrange a quote. Shortly after, he visited our property and provided details on what the job would entail. He was very quick in providing a quote and locking in our timing to his schedule. The work was done exceptionally well, on time and the site was left in very tidy condition after he completed the work. He exceeded our expectations and we will be using his services again with a future project.

Weeks later - still no response also he lied in his response about sending the receipt ... he did NOT. ....... The job was a 500 sq foot front section on my lawn. The job was very poorly done - not even close to being even. The worst thing - I paid him cash and he said he would email me a receipt; after 8 calls and emails, NOTHING. Don't go there. He is not the person the others describe. You are taking a real chance with this guy! weeks later - still nothing from him
