Night and Day Window Decor

Loved my experience with Night and Day. Great communication, easy install, and the product looks beautiful. Happy to work with a small local team v.s. a bigger chain like Blinds 2 Go..

At 10:30 this morning I called and requested service for one of our Hunter Douglas shades. At 12:15 Ephrain called and he said he could be here by 1 PM. He arrived at 1, fixed the problem and left us very happy. Not often one gets sane day service anymore. One of the reasons we have used Night and Day for all the windows in our home.

I had a unique setup of my Master Bedroom project for resolving the privacy, darkness of the room to sleep and office separation due to a big sunroom system installed so the Showroom Manager and the Designer came with a solution that result on a very stunning solution that we loves it. (MB is still under construction)

The whole experience at Night and Day Window Decor was fantastic. They gave me excellent advice and the service was top notch. The Hunter Douglas mechanical blinds look great in my kitchen and help keep it cool.

The team at Night & Day were a pleasure to work with. Good communication, easy to deal with and a very courteous staff (at the design, installation and payment stages). We love our new blinds too! Highly recommended!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS BLINDS STORE!First off, for anyone reading this review, I'd like to say how painful this is for me to write this review; as I'm a very positive person with typically great experiences (as you can see from my existing reviews, NONE ARE NEGATIVE! All positive as most small businesses are wonderful in my experience). Until my husband and I had to deal with this store, now I feel like I need to write my first negative review to protect others from this whole team. Rude, inexperienced designer (Corrine) who we dealt with on a few occasions. Came in our home and recommended the WRONG blinds (we asked for privacy at night, which we clearly did not get). When we approached the owner of the store and even the lady at the front desk about this, all we have experienced is defensiveness, rudeness, and condescending behavior. I have defended this store to a few of my local neighbors who also dealt with rude service here; and I certainly won't be doing this anymore. I even decided to give them another chance and tried to hire them for outdoor blinds recently. I went in the store today and the women were outright rude. I do stand up to bullying behavior so I cancelled all services from here on in. Please, try out another blind store. I have called a few others (custom blinds toronto, blinds to go, luxury window coverings) and they have all been pleasant and accommodating. I don't want anyone else to experience this nightmare that we did in the upper beach area! I will warn as many people as possible, it was truly AWFUL. PS - We already anticipate the owner responding and being defensive to this review (which is the go-to behavior ALL staff in this store) and I won't be entertaining any more conversation from this establishment from here on in.

We’ve been living with our Hunter Douglas blinds for a couple of months now and absolutely love the quality and performance of the manual and automated blinds. We got really great decor advice from Laura and the installation was excellent. Michael programmed all the blinds and explained how the software worked. It’s not the least expensive window covering but the quality and customer service are worth a premium
