I arrived needing to replace my broken phone and met Tony during the process. Tony was very welcoming and informative. He assisted me with all of my needs, provided me with a new phone based on my needs, and did so with such professionalism. Stupid security system in place. Employees unorganized. Worst fido location in Barrie. Avoid at all cost if you want to wait outside in cold conditions, and talk to ignorant workers. Not a single response to all complaints below shows as well how store manager cares.

Poor customer service, They didn’t know what they were talking about. Over charged my first bill, 50 + dollars, and yes I know the first bill is always more than the rest, for it is a service charge to set up your first phone plan. Still over paid 50+ dollars

Every time I visit this FIDO location, the customer service is excellent. Recently I had to make a big upgrade to my plan and phone... Jenn and Cieran were amazingly helpful! They were kind, great communication knowledgeable. They made my entire experience very pleasant. I will always go into this location now if I need help from FIDO versus calling. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays, however this location is definitely got it right. Thank you!

Worst customer service, careless employees. They let people in who came later without any explanation. Rogers employees could leave earlier and you would have to go to Fido and vice versa.

My husband & I purchased 2 phones from this location. We received amazing service on both visits. Dealt with many of the staff members & they were all helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable & friendly.
