Hyatt Place Kelowna
Front desk agent and on duty manager Daniel tells us we cannot eat chips in the lobby area. We spent over $300 per night for 2 nights for 7 rooms. Spent over $5000 at this hotel and they tell us we cannot eat chips in their lobby. We have to go to our rooms to eat chips. This is unheard of policy. I have stayed at many hotels and never ever had anyone stop me for using their lobby space.

Nice facility and location. The room was very good. The Washroom is very clean. Big TV. Only con was the room not soundproofed, and I believe all are not. Noises went through the windows and doors. Otherwise, frontdesk and restaurant staff are amazing.

Rooms are gorgeous and beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights while in town for an event at UBC. The hotel's location was good for both the airport and UBC, and there are many restaurants within walking distance, including an excellent pub next door (Baxter's Bar & Grill). The hotel was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and the service was always excellent, with several staff members really going out of their way to assist. The included breakfast was very good, and the breakfast area is large and spacious. The underground parking is convenient.

I m traveling with family to beautiful kelowna this hotel staff tells me I can not enjoy chips in Lobby area. I have stayed at many hotels and never told not to eat chips in Lobby area. Very upset with hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Front desk receptionists are awesome. I wanted a bday surprise and they arranged it very well.Samantha’s (front desk) customer service made us feel at home. She is awesome.Morgan (at the restaurant) was really sweet and welcomed everyone with a smile.The rooms are great, as well the room service.Breakfast was tasty but not a lot of variety.

We stayed here when our hot water tank blew. Thr rooms are clean but small. It worked for what we needed in the moment. The lounge food menu is limited but was good quality.

Stayed here a few nights. The room and hotel were very clean. The breakfast was surprisingly great with lots of options, including vegetarian and vegan. It’s a bit far from downtown and the beach but not so bad.

The Placery is a great venue... But the menu dearly needs an update and some desirable foods added to it... Nothing but old hat items and very few choices.

I advise not to stay at this hotel. We are out on vacation thought this would be nice place to stay and staff tells us we can not even eat chips in the lobby and socialise. Their lounge is closed we can not even use that lounge. PLZ DO NOT STAT AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE ON VACATION MODE AND TRAVELLING WITH KIDS.
