Orchard View Motel

We had to get a room on short notice and super late at night when everywhere was booked up and the highway was closed. They stayed up and welcomed us after midnight. The room was clean, spacious and very well priced! In the morning they had fresh fruit, muffins, coffee, tea and hot chocolate available. A very lovely stay, will be back!

This is a lovely, modern motel. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping is excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is tucked away behind fruitstands along the highway and can be difficult to spot.

From the start of walking in to the lobby to getting into our room this hotel was such a sweet find. The lovely lady at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is super clean and modern. Our room was very nice and the beds were extra comfy. We just loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. We just loved it and hope that next time we get a chanceTo pop into the restaurant and try some of the food that smelled so good!!

The rooms, beds pillows etc. are new (2021). The entire facility (motel, fruit stand/market) and Indian restaurant) is spotless. The staff are friendly, helpful and constantly cleaning. A/C is great. Free coffee/tea, muffins and orchard fruit in the lobby.Great Indian food! Never had it before…The only potential issue is that all the rooms are on the second floor accessible only by stairs.Do not expect an “orchard view”.Expect a great, cool and comfortable sleep.Highly recommended.Highly recommended.

Staff really care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure you’re enjoying your stay. It’s like visiting good friends around the campfire. They are constantly improving !

This hotel only opened last year and you can tell, it’s very clean and everything still seems quite new. The owner at the desk was very friendly and responded promptly to our requests. Muffins, local fruit, tea and coffee were provided free for breakfast, which was appreciated. We had a true ‘orchard view’ from our room, which was great as well. This is the place to stay in Keremeos!

We arrived at the Orchard View Motel around 11PM after a long drive, the lady at the front desk had actually called us to make sure we were ok and that we were still coming around 10PM, which we found really sweet. Once we arrived the rooms were clean and we felt super safe - we agreed that the hotel provides good service for the right price, given that it is a modest setting but very clean! In the morning they provided fresh fruit from their orchard!When we went to leave, we actually found that we had left the lights on on our car and the battery was dead!! We went inside to ask for a jump and realized they had actually called us shortly after we had checked in to let us know but we missed the call. The owner happily brought their truck around and gave us a jump, it was no big deal for them but a very big deal for us! So overall, super friendly service, clean rooms and a beautiful backdrop!

Very nice hotel. Rooms quite clean and well kept. Very nice views of the mountains. Had muffins and apples with tea coffee complimentary for breakfast. Indian restaurant just next door.

Convenient location for fruit stands, at least 3 within walking distance. An excellent Indian restaurant, Samosa Garden right next to the motel. Only draw back is no elevator to 2nd floor.
