I selected Top Art Roofing because of several factors:- they provided a competitive quote (not the cheapest)- 15yr labour and workmanship warranty. (5 years more than others) Considering that if any should happen, it would happen after the 10yr mark so Top Art has me covered for an extra 5years. This more than makes up for the slightly higher price.- Top review ratings from other discerning home owners.- One point of contact: Steven was always quick to respond and always called me to answer my questions and ease my concerns as this was my first time replacing the roof.- Provided proof that their liability insurance and safety training was current.The original 17yr old shingles on my home had developed a small leak that I hadn't noticed in the ceiling till a month ago. I needed to have this addressed right away or risk more costly repairs due to water damage. I signed the contract with Steven and within 10 days, one of his crews showed up at just after 8am and was done, cleaned up and left by 6pm. They protected my property as well as that of my next door neighbours.When they finished the installation, every thing was cleaned up as if they were never there. What an incredibly efficient and effective team.I was outside many times throughout the day to watch the well oiled machine" of a team work. Primarily

Very unprofessional and complained other roofing installers how bad they do the job. Charged us 8000 dollars for 2200sq house for timberline hdz shingles . Overcharged for bad job. We should not hire this company. It was our mistake ,not hiring who does good job for 5k.There are nothing to misunderstand..owner response not accurate

I will highly recommend this company. Steven was professional and did a very good job.He did my roof 8 years ago and honored his warranty for repairs. He answered my call promptly and came to my home within a few days.He is very knowledgeable and advised me how to prevent the damages from happening in the future.He inspected the entire roof and reinforced any shingles that was loose.Thank you Steven for the wonderful work you do and putting my mind at ease.

Steven and his crew completed our roof installation in 2012 and we couldn't be happier. One of our vents was damaged by the wind recently and Steven fit us in and repaired it quickly and professionally.
