So far so good. Their prices beat Fair Haven glass by $30 bucks or so . Same return time on orders. I'll leave another review once I get the glass.

Came from Washington state with my RV. Managed to break one window with privacy glass and even with a busy schedule owner came out to site and installed a plexiglass panel as a temporary repair. Didn't leave a bill but next business day open I stopped in to pay for service. And fantastic service it was. Please support this company. Can't get quality and service at many places these days

The lady that works there is so beyond rude I just can’t believe it. Actually called to complain to my boss when State Farm stopped waiving part of comprehensive deductibles and was completely out of line with me on the phone. Seems to have no idea how “small” and insignificant she is. I still work in insurance so let me know and I will find you other places with a much better staff.

Richmond glass was hired through my builder to install a glass shower enclosure, and honestly it looked they did a very nice job. 2 years later the panel is pulling away from the wall. The wall is perfectly straight and the sill that the glass sits on is perfectly level. I tried contacting them to come out and diagnose the issue and see what needs to be done to correct it. Well, because the job was through my builder, who is no longer around, and my name is not in their “system”, the rude woman I spoke with told me since I can’t prove they did the job, they were not coming out.

I've gone to Chris and his crew for many projects and they always do a perfect job. Recently got a windshield for my antique vehicle, they were cheaper then all others and I had it within 24 hours. Can't beat shopping local!
