Their staff is really accomodating and responsive even on email inquiries. We ordered something which is out of stock and we need to pay 25% ofnthe item's price. Order will arrive within 10-15 business days and they will just contact us once the item arrives. They are very helpful and nice.

Had an excellent experience here. Came here for passport photos, along with photos for my international driver's license. Mark was extremely helpful and efficient, helping me take great photos in just one shot, and developed them within 5 minutes. I was in & out of the store in under 10 minutes. Pricing was also very reasonable. I will be returning again for all my photography needs in the future!

Friendly, professional, top notch service from the staff here. For a small store they carry a lot. I have bought rolls of film, filters, lens caps, and I also bought my most recent digital camera at this store. Excellent prices on used equipment backed with a guarantee. It's great to have this shop in the neighbourhood.

If you plan to take your kids passport photo, find another store. The old man was impaitent and rude. He was yelling at me because I was talking to my child what to do. I tried to help my kid to do better. He said you should be quite, you are distracted him. He pointed at me and yelling , the attitude was unacceptable. And he asked to another staff (young man) to take my child photo. Also I don't like the photo, I told him that his chin went up. But he said it's ok. You pay cheap and you get cheap quality and service!!
