Finding someone to renovate your home is scary and exciting at the same time! A few years ago when we were living in Hamilton we were looking to get our basement finished and I was so worried about all those horror stories you hear. Luckily I came across DeMois Construction. Joey was amazing! He put my mind at ease and I knew instantly I were in good hands. Our basement was completed on time, communication was impeccable, pricing was fair and services was out of this world!I am now in Calgary looking for someone to finish another basement and sad DeMois Construction is in Hamilton because I would hire them again in the heartbeat!

We couldn't be happier with the final result which was completed right on schedule and budget. Joe provided us with timely updates and had a great ability to problem solve. Listen, want to know why I suggest DeMois Construction to all of my friends? Because Joe shows up for us. You know that thing that happens when your contractor doesn't show up when they say they're going to, or when things get left undone? Not here. Joe is on top of everything. He's reliable, transparent and a true craftsman. The work he does is beautiful and he always checks his work twice. He basically renovated our entire house and most of my parent's home -- and we couldn't be happier. He thinks ahead, makes brilliant suggestions and brings the vision to life. Also, there's no better contractor to have in your home while you're home. He's funny, polite and easy to talk to. Joe all the way. If you're reading these reviews to decide if he's the one -- trust me. He is.

I cannot overstate the impact that Joe & Mike have had on our home. They provided us with a reasonably priced quote to finish our extremely outdated in-law suite and convert it to a modern living space. Joe explained all of the details beforehand in a manner that managed our expectations perfectly. Quality of work was exceptional, timelines were managed well, and the end result was executed flawlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any friend or family member requiring a quality renovation in the Golden Horseshoe area. Don't bother searching for anyone else.

My most favorite contractor experience. Home renovations always have unexpected surprises and delays, working with Joe made this so easy. Not only did he have suggestions that improved my goal, he took great care into the detail I was expecting. We completely gutted a century home and added a modern flare to the interior. Joe's keen eye, executed everything perfectly. One of the parts I brag about the most, besides my beautiful home, was how clean he kept the whole process. He took a sense of ownership into the project and completed the work as if it were his own home. Hands down - DeMois Construction will always be the first contractor I turn to for my home projects. 10 out of 10.

Truly an amazing experience. They showed up, every day as promised, explained things along the way, they cleaned up as they left every single day (you'd never know they were in our house), they were on time, on budget but most importantly, the work is exceptionally high quality. The attention to detail is unprecedented. I would highly recommend DeMois Construction.
